I need to pay my bill but no longer have my sim. How do I pay it

Have you cancelled the contract and want to pay a final bill or just want to make a payment?
Paying an overdue balance on an active account just brings it up to date so it’s important to also request a cancellation if it’s no longer needed.
You can pay by calling 0333 003 0001 from a non-iD SIM then entering the iD number you want to pay for.
If you only have an iD number to call from, please make sure to set the phone to private/witheld before calling or the system will detect your iD number and think you are paying for that account.
