Why have you charged me £70 last month ? If I knew you would be charging me randomly I would not have changed to you, my bill tells me nothing ??,,

Have you tried viewing your iD Mobile bill to understand what the charges are for?

We provide a full breakdown on the PDF which should explain any charges.

No it doesn’t show any charges apart from what I have used

If you’ve changed your payment data the monthly amount will change until everything is aligned to the ‘new’ billing cycle, which goes with the altered payment date.

Otherwise, have you changed or upgraded your plan during its billing cycle - this will also cause the monthly amount to change.

One of the iD live chat customer service agents should be able to explain the difference @Jeev Sanj - only issue being they finish work at 8pm on weekdays.

What dates do the line rental cover?
