I am currently on my 2nd day sitting at home waiting for my new phone, it is doubtful that it will arrive as I should have been informed by 11am of my 1 hour delivery time slot and the DPD update just says that it is being held at my local depot for the 2nd day. I have already transferred my phone number to my new ID contract so cannot actually call anyone either. Is there anyway that you can help?
