How do I contact ID mobile?

Hi ID,

 

I am currently on my 2nd day sitting at home waiting for my new phone, it is doubtful that it will arrive as I should have been informed by 11am of my 1 hour delivery time slot and the DPD update just says that it is being held at my local depot for the 2nd day. I have already transferred my phone number to my new ID contract so cannot actually call anyone either. Is there anyway that you can help?

Okay @Andy Hampshire, no telephone helpline - here’s a few ways to contact iD:

  • Online at https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat (the iD agents work until 8pm weekdays)
  • Contact the iD social media customer support team on facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by Direct Message) for assistance.  
  • For orders and upgrades, the iD telephone sales team on 020 7139 1397, during normal office hours (have your order number handy).
