Apologies for the confusion - Iām trying to transfer to idMobile to keep my old number however when I enter all the information it says there is an error with the data.

Also, itās worth noting number transfers arenāt immediate - you may experience loss of service between your āoldā providerās SIM becoming inactive, and the number you want to keep working with your iD SIM card. It can take up to 10pm for the switch to complete.

Your selected date is when the port will complete for.
When the contract is connected, we have to connect it with an active number to provide services.
Hence it is connected with what is commonly referred to as a ātemporary numberā.
This is replaced after the switch completes.
In the meantime, use the temp number to register.
