Google buds not receiced

I have recently ordered a pixel 8a which should have come with the Google buds but I haven't received them and there is no option to claim them as gift. Can someone help?

This sounds like an offer from Google directly, not from us, meaning they won’t come with the order and you’ll need to claim them via Google directly.
