I cancelled one DD and now have a final demand but I don’t know which phone number this outstanding amount relates to?

Don’t know if this helps
If you’ve got an “My iD Account” online, or the iD app, you should be able to find the iD account number in any PDF copies of your monthly bills, and check this against the DD reference number with your bank.
