Final demand but i dont know my phone number

I had two direct debits and only one active phone number.

I cancelled one DD and now have a final demand but I don’t know which phone number this outstanding amount relates to?

I have the account number - please advise?

Don’t know if this helps @cosgrove358, but I think iD use the iD account number as the reference number for a direct debit (DD). 

If you’ve got an “My iD Account” online, or the iD app, you should be able to find the iD account number in any PDF copies of your monthly bills, and check this against the DD reference number with your bank.
