Hi, I am not recieving any incoming calls or texts since I ported my number from Lebara

I can make calls and use data but I am not getting any incoming calls or texts, when I send text to my own number I receive it and I tried requesting help from ID customer service but no resolution found yet, I need few one time passwords to access some apps. So could someone please help me how do I fix this? Thank you.

Have you tried a Network Reset on your handset @Santhosh Palla? 

Yes I did try it but didn’t work, I reset my entire phone too but still didn’t work, changed my sim into different phones still didn’t work.

If your iD SIM card doesn’t work in several different phones @Santhosh Palla, it sounds like your iD SIM needs to be replaced.

 

My sim card does work, I can make calls and use data, I can receive calls from one or two people but not everyone, no text messages at all. I bought in a replacement sim but I was told by customer service changing sim does not do anything. @andewhite

Okay @Santhosh Palla, community members can’t check the iD account of a customer.

I’d suggest using Facebook Messenger, or sending a Twitter DM (direct message) to speak with customer support about getting your incoming calls & texts working - following your number transfer to iD Mobile (from Lebara). 

These support teams work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends).
