new sim received but showing a different number to the one I requested to keep

Hi

 

I have received my new sim i asked for my old number to be used on it but if i ring somone it comes up with a new number

Then you have not received a replacement SIM, you have a new *pay go sim with a new number, new account etc. 

*As you posted in the pay go section of the community, I assume it’s a pay go SIM.

Im sim only so should be able to have my old nimber can i have a puc code please

Have you just joined iD Mobile on a SIM only pay monthly plan, or are you wanting to leave iD Mobile for another service provider @Sheila Jenkins?

It sounds like you purchased a new contract and joining us for the first time, is this correct?

When you purchased you submitted a request to keep your number via a PAC code.

What date did you select for this?
