Switch from old iD plan to new iD plan

Recently got a new plan through iD for a deal that wasn't available for me as an upgrade or anywhere on the iD site as it was on carphone warehouse. I have an existing iD contract, is it possible to keep that number or do I need the new one now?

Can I transfer my number from deactivated SIM

My phone’s contract was ending so I cancelled my old ID mobile SIM and bought a new one from ID. By the time it had arrived, my old sim had been deactivated and I’m not sure how to get the PAC code any more. Is it lost?

Certain iD plans are cheaper on Carphone Warehouse

I've recently become eligible for an upgrade on iD and I'd like an Oppo Reno 4 Pro, which is £29.99/month with £49.99 upfront, as an upgrade or a new plan on iD. However, the exact same iD plan is offered on Carphone Warehouse, but only £26.99/month with £49.99 upfront. I can't upgrade to the cheaper plan because only carphone warehouse offers this. Any advice? I don't want to be paying extra for no reason

Why can't I choose the twilight colour of the P20 Pro for upgrade?

I really want a twilight Huawei P20 Pro, and in the normal site all three colours are available: Black, Blue and Twilight. But when I log in to upgrade only Black and Blue are displayed. Why can't I choose twilight?

Will the Huawei P20 Pro be back in twilight colour?

I've had a huawei phone with iD for almost a couple years now and my upgrade date came today. I've been looking at a P20 Pro for weeks and today is the first day I've seen without that colour. Will more be in stock? Thanks!
