app on 2nd device will not recognise my details

I have the app on my phone (dad) but it won’t let me register on my daughters phone.  All details are correct but it says they are not - but I can see them on my device and they 100% are.obviously there is no way of contacting ID and it’s impossible to navigate this community to any speedy effect.any help appreciated.  Thanks

cant get started on app or online

This is infuriating- I can’t get the app as it needs a security code sent to a mobile number which I haven’t received the SIM card for!  Try to search for ‘track my order’ and I don’t have access to that - despite registering and being in my community account.

ordered a SIM and nothing received. no account details sent, just an order number

I have ordered a new SIM only deal, have an order number.  But not received SIM and had an email saying order complete.  No account details and no numbers to phone to enquire.
