cant get started on app or online

This is infuriating- I can’t get the app as it needs a security code sent to a mobile number which I haven’t received the SIM card for!  Try to search for ‘track my order’ and I don’t have access to that - despite registering and being in my community account.

Hello @miamoo,

Unfortunately you will need the SIM card to register for our app as a text message for verification needs to be sent to the phone, this contains a code which will then let you in. We have replied to your other post regarding the delivery of your SIM card and a private message was sent.
