Samsung A71 - issues?

I upgraded to Samsung A71 in Nov last year. I have had continual issues with it -major one is the mic not working: go to answer a call and they can't hear me, have to switch ph off & back on again.Swipe screen stops workingVolume refuses to do what's its asked, trying to turn it down and it goes up? Does anyone else have problems with this phone or just me? Unfortunately I don't have a spare phone and therefore can't really reith they phone as I will be without contact.

Never received SIM but now I am getting charged!!!

Hi,I ordered a SIM with ID Sim back in September. I had the direct debit order in place before even receiving the sim, so the first month bill was already deducted. Then after not receiving the SIM card for more than a month (!!!!) and not being able to resolve the issue I canceled the direct debit. I did post a query here about not receiving the simcard, but I could not login to my account and read the received private message given that I did not have my simcard in order to activate my ID community account. So I was stuck in a vicious circle not being able to reach any employee personally (only the livechat which is a bot).My sim card has never been activated but now I am being charged through CARS by ID Sim for 39 £! I would kindly ask for these charges to be dropped as I never used any service of ID Sim. Thank you very much!Marthe

Cancel plan

I want to cancel my plan and cancel my direct debit. Unfortunately I know longer have my sim card. I spoke to a live chat person on 14th March 2021 who said she would cancel my plan and direct debt immediately and would confirm by email. No email as yet and today I have received by direct debit agreement. All I want to do is simply cancel the plan asap. Help!!!

Online Upgrade Not Working

I have been trying to upgrade since Friday but there is an online error which says this service is not available right now. I am eligible for an upgrade, I have been looking at options for a week or so but now I want to process it, it is saying it is not possible and to wait a couple of hours. It’s been four days and with the shops closed and no other way of doing this, it is becoming more than frustrating. Can anyone help please. Thank you.

Hi, I’ve just clicked on “upgrade” and placed an order for a new sim only deal which is £2 cheaper than what i’m currently paying.However, i’m not sure if i’ve placed an order for anew sim only deal or actually upgraded as the email says something will be dispatched.Can you please advise as I odn’t want or need a second sim only deal. becoming a new customer and what about the upfront cost

Hi there I have broken my phone and it's not worth of fixing and I thinking of upgrading to a new phone that could last me at least 3-5 years. I was an android and apple user. I am mainly looking for a good camera and good gaming phone. I was interested in the Razor smartphone which I saw 3 years ago available on the IDmobile, but not anymore? The second option would be an iphone 11, but I world like to know if it posibile to pay a slightly bigger upfront to reduce the monthly cost? If yes that would be awesome and take it as you gained a new customer. As well, what happened with the razor phones? Thank you Eunika

Someone using my number (but I have my phone with me at all times)

I have been getting about three calls /texts a day from people I don’t know and who are not in my contacts saying that they have a missed call from me when I haven’t called them. This feels very insecure. There is no accidental call logged from me.I also find it frustrating not to be able to get in touch with ID mobile easily. The live chat doesn’t work for me, have just managed to log on now in my own name as earlier wouldn’t accept my log in details.I will definitely not renew my contract with ID due to difficulties getting in touch with them when there is an issue.

i have been sent the wrong pac code

I joined ID from O2 a few weeks ago and successfully transferred my existing number to you. Sadly I couldn’t get network coverage in my workplace so have had to leave and go back to O2. However when I request a PAC code from you to transfer it back to O2, you are sending me the same one I used to transfer my number to you - it starts with TEL… which is O2. How can I get a current PAC code as I have already signed up with another provider and am now paying for 2 contract?

Cancelling my iD contract

Hi,My contract finishes on 04th April 2021.My latest monthly bill shows line rental being charged for the period from 11th March 2021 to 10th April 2021 (my billing cycle is from 11th to 10th).I’ve already requested a PAC code which is valid until 09th April 2021 so if I switch to the new provider on 5th April 2021 and use my provided PAC code, would I need to pay anything else to iD considering my last monthly bill should cover me till 10th April 2021. regardsSubhir

Default on credit report.

Hi good afternoon,I have recently discovered a default listed on my credit file from id mobile. It was was for a phone service, that was past the contract that i was no longer using. As soon as i became aware and realised the issue i paid straight away as i always had done previously. The default is having an extreme negative impact on my current housing situation, and therefore hope this is something that can be rectified fairly.Hope to hear back from you soon,Many thanks,Alfie
