Charges have continued after SIM disconnected

Hi, My accounts team have been receiving and paying for a Sim that was cancelled in November '19, £13 p.m. , unaware that there was an issue. It came up in conversation today. Checking on the ID Mobile site, the number is not recognised as one of yours so you seem to have cancelled the line but continued the charging.

I brought the contract with you guys but didn't use the sum card. Now direct debit payments have stopped but I don't think the contract ends until July. Can someone help please!

bundle not appearing

I purchased a bundle and it’s not showing. Has been taken from my bank account. Realised the ID app shows my bank card expired.. it hasn’t so I tried to re register it and was charged a penny, again, shows on my bank account. Card has not updated and bundle is not showing after 24 hours. Any ideas or how on earth can I speak to anyone to resolve this.

Lost phone and forgotten password

Hi. I have lost my phone and forgotten my iD password so am locked out of my usual account - this is a new account created to ask this question. In a few days my contract will expire and I would like to request a PAC code to keep my new number from a new phone from a different network. Am I able to do this without a new phone and locked out of my account? If not, is there another way I can log back into my account? Many thanks,T Jones

Loss of 4G service

This is the worst mobile network I've ever come across. They say that "iD-moble" is 4G - that's a lie, using a 4G-lte router my speeds are "0.004 down & 0.002 up load" even at the dead of night, it rarely goes above 0.09 down load. Loading web pages is a joke and takes ages to render while all the time my data is being used... I switched to EE in the router and the speeds are "39mbps down & 25mbps up" so why does this company claim their network is 4G ready, when it is not. As regards sending emails or sms messages, all I keep getting is a "network error message" I am totally disgusted...   For reference my postcode is: RM3 7QT

faulty upgrade

I got my upgrade today an A71 which is faulty there is a little green light that flickers on the screen.  I want an exchange.   Carphone warehouse said i need to speak to ID but i cant get hold of anyone?????I would never have renewed my contract had i realised how impossible it is to get help What do i do????

the worst phone company

I have one year since I don't have signal at all in my house and the problem is if someone calling us didn't get the vocal message I send more emails to Id but nothing It was difficult in this period because nobody from Id not answer on the phone like before and I want to mention I used to have 2 monthly sim with ID and 2 contracts OI spend monthly £76 it's a lot of money and when I contacted them they told me is from home but let me mention in one year I bought 2 new Iphone it means is not from the phone .In one email one men who works on ID promising me I will get an discount but when I contacted again on the chat that lady told me to send it prove What proves should I send it I have pictures with no signal on the top on the phone and one line on the bar of the signal I am so upset and disappointed I know they take advantage of this situation and from the fact we can call them

Competition Texts Won't Send

I think this may be due to id mobile blocking short numbers for texts, does anyone know how to get this unlocked please? I have premium unlocked and a couple of my competition texts have gone through ok, but some haven’t.Grateful for any assistance!

Communcation problems abriad

I am living in Norway at the moment (unable to travel to UK).My iphone6  has “no connection”. I’ve tried using the sim card in other phones. Still no communication.Also i’ve tried my phone with a Norwegian SIM card which works fine.I suspect that there is something wrong with the SIM card. Can anyone confirm this? How do i go about obtaining a replacement SIM card when living abroad unable to travel to Britain at the moment?

Text Messages not sending

My text messages aren’t sending from my iPhone 8 I have tried.turning phone on and off. reseting networks settings. ensuring setting are correct under the messages tab in settings.Can anyone help?The problem started when my old number switched to ID mobile, at first it sent the message three time but not they won’t send at all.I have signal, data, can make calls and send iMessages.

Credit rating dispute

I cancelled my contract 2020 just before covid lockdowns began due to your sim card not working in my new device, I had a second sim card emailed to me also but didn't work and after many attempts with your team I cancelled my contract. I received my final bill and when I rang to query it, as I had charge I didn't agree with, your contact centre was closed due to covid and I was directed to LIVE chat online. I tried this Live Chat function many times to try to discuss this query before I would pay, I tried this over the course of a couple months and was on hold on live chat for so long that my session would ‘time out’ and other times it would just say live chat isn't available. I looked online at your community forum to see if maybe it was my computer too slow, but I saw you had many complaints about not being able to get in touch with ID mobile during the pandemic due to contact centre closed and live chat function not working. So I took screen shots to show you when you contacted me.

Samsung A71 - issues

I upgraded to Samsung A71 in Nov last year.  I have had continual issues with it -major one is the mic not working: go to answer a call and they can't hear me, have to switch ph off & back on again.Swipe screen stops workingVolume refuses to do what's its asked, trying to turn it down and it goes up? Does anyone else have problems with this phone or just me? Unfortunately I don't have a spare phone and therefore can't really reith they phone as I will be without contact.

upgrade enquiry

Hi,I was due for an upgrade on 4th Feb 2021 which I did and placed an order for the new iPhone 12. id Mobile account not available

I recently switched away from IDMobile to lebara (I think they run on the Vodaphone network) but I was unhappy with the new supplier (port in didn’t work and customer service was awful) and so decided to switch back to ID Mobile.However, I can’t seem to be able to see my new monthly sim deal on my ID mobile account. And also not heard anything back about switching back to ID Mobile.Can someone give me guidance on what to do?

Which iPhone should i get?

I have had an original iPhone SE for quite a few years and the battery is almost dead now.  I can’t currently get to the Apple store for a new battery to be fitted so might buy a new phone.  The new SE seems to do most things except 5 G but the battery life doesn’t seem that good.  The 11 pro max has great battery life but is big and expensive - or the 12 mini might do the job and provide 5 g for the future.  Anyone got any advice?
