Received ID Mobile sim, but getting no service even after manually selecting network

Not a locked phone (iPhone 7), so not sure what the problem is. Anything I can do on my end to fix this?

Resetting password

Your site is not working correctly, I have tried resetting a password and the email link sent to re set the password directs you to resetting the password again. Please sort it out. My wife has returned a mobile phone to you and we can not reset her password to log in to read the message sent.

Monthly Data allowance

My monthly data allowance has gone down from 10gb a month 7gb when I haven't changed anything. I am still being charged the same amount, for less data! I have a monthly SIM only.

i had the text yesterday to say the switch to iD had happened and I’ve switched on and off several times but when I text it still says the original iD mobile number unless the text goes via WiFi

Switzerland mobile calls

I understand I need to pay roaming charges for calls and texts when I travel to Switzerland next week and it appears these are capped at £25 maximum. It would seem this cannot be increased so what happens if I reach the limit and need to make more urgent calls. Can I simply make a payment of £25 to reset the cap to zero. If not can I increase my limit in another way?

My partner is currently in Ibiza and cannot make calls or send texts. He gets this message:"We inform you that this service is unavailable from the number you are calling from"Roaming is switched on on his id mobile account and on the phone, minutes and texts are included in his plan. How can this be fixed?

Number not porting

Bought the iphone Monday, gave giffgaff PAC code Monday evening. I was told my number would be ported today 27/07/2023. I have spoken with customer service twice, one told me to wait till 6pm , the other till tomorrow morning. Ported not recognised when I try and register the mobile app. My ported number shows when I call people, but people calling me say ‘number not recognised’. No correspondence from ID to say port is complete. Number in my contacts showing as my ported number. Please could someone help.

Paying for contract which supposted to be cancelled already .

Hi. I'm paying for contract which supposed to be cancelled already. I've bought a contract with phone through carphone warehouse. But within 14 days cooling off period I've rang carphone warehouse and cancelled this contract. It was around month ago. A couple of days ago I've spotted that my direct debit is active and that I've paid for first month of contract. This is contract for 24 months. So right now I'm paying for something I don't have and don't use. I've tried to find phone number to you guys but I couldn't.

Updating billing address when changing plans

Hi, I’m trying to change my plan but my address with my bank is in Ireland. I tried updating my address in my profile to match but the only option is UK. Is there any way to either update the address to be RoI or change the plan otherwise? I do need a UK phone number as I’m back and forth quite a bit, but don’t have an address in the UK.I’ve already tried live chat and they said they’d updated it but the plan change didn’t go through.

I’ve recently been looking at the “Unlimited” PAYG option, ive been on chat with an agent and they claim that it is perminent and that ill never have to top up and thats that.Can anyone who has this please tell me wether or not this really is true?
