Cant request to cancel - CMP6

Hi I have been on a 1 month rolling sim only plan for several years, it was under my mum's name as I was too young when we started it. Recently instead of upgrading I chose to start a new plan under my name, but found I can't transfer my old number as both accounts are ID. Because of this I would like to cancel the new plan and change the old plan, but the new plan can't be cancelled yet, though I'm within the cooling off period, as the app gives me the "Invalid Request, Validating the request has been failed with CMP6 details" message.Is there another option for cancelling the new plan or another method to transfer my old number? Thanks

Charged for bundles but not appearing

I have been trying to add recurring £6 bundle to my payg account, I have now been charged 3 times for the bundle.Still don’t have a bundle applied and no record of my purchases on account.

My internet is not connecting and is taking a long time to load.

I have updated my phone to the latest software as I noticed it has been running slowly. I have recently restarted network settings and turned the aeroplane mode off and on. Why is the internet not working?

I've Been Charged This Month Even Though I Paid 40.00 Altogether Towards This and Last Month's Bill

Hi IDMobile, Hope You’re All Ok And Staying Safe, So Today I Woke up And Saw On My Online Banking, That I Got Charged 30.83 From My Bill, the thing is, Last Month I Paid out 40.00 to go towards the bill for December and January (My regular bill is 20.00, but I did some extra things in the meantime that added on the 10.83 GBP that made this one 30.83) And Because Of This Extra Charge, I’ve Gone Over The Agreed Limit on my Account. Please Help Me With This, It Was Quite Unexpected When I Saw It This Morning. Kind Regards, Cain.

iOS 14.3 Wifi Calling iPhone X

Hi, I switched to iD last week from EE, but WiFi calling has only worked sporadically. It was fine this morning, then I went out to get some shopping and now it steadfastly refuses to turn on. I have reset network settings, tried toggling WiFi calling in Settings, but to no avail.  I’ve even got airplane on, with WiFi on so I would expect it to connect but nothing happens.  WiFi is working fine all round the house. Why is WiFi calling so hit and miss?  I could understand if it didn’t work, but it’ll just stop working randomnly.

terrible signal

I moved back to the UK in November and picked up a ID SIM but I never seem to have more than one bar of signal. The 4G is terrible is this simply me or is the signal just not good?  I've a duel SIM phone as I kept my French business Number this is obviously roaming but always has a full signal, usually through vodaphone. Do people just persist with this or are there any options? Without WiFi calling I think the sun would be almost unusable.

Replacement Sim isn't registering in my phone

I activated my replacement sim more than 24 hours ago and it is still not working in my phone.  It's just saying emergency calls only and not registering. Please help.

HELP with sudden data issue

Getting no internet away from the house. Taken sim out and put it back. Switched phone on and off. Switched airplane mode on and off and still nothing. Been 48 hours now. If I’d known how difficult it was to contact ID I would never have joined. Phone is iPhone 11 and only a month old.

Phone not allowing access

HiI purchased a Samsung A41 two days ago. Last night the phone updated and when i have tried logging into the phone to day it will not accept my password. I only use a couple of passwords. I did a factory reset but it still says the same. So i am unable to get into the phone

How to discuss a Final Demand Notice when Live Chat is disabled

Hi ID Mobile - i have got a letter from you - a final demand notice which suggests i contact you through Live Chat to discuss. You seem to have disabled your Live Chat and there is no other way to contact you... Please advise BTW the letter arrived today and is dated 01/01/2021. It says that i must pay by today! Is that the result of bad planning or a deliberate attempt to pressurise your customers?

Contract ends in 6 days

My contract ends in 6 days. I just want to go on a 30 day rolling sim  but don't seem to be getting anywhere. I I've tried changing my plan, and it won't let me. Tried to explain in live chat and just kept to go to app or website.  Just going round in circles

 Like I see others have had to do after blocking their phone and then finding it again,  I have had to register for this forum as the only way to try to unblock it. I can't even find the live chat link anymore.  Terrible.  Can someone please help?

Personalised Voicemail

I set a personalised voicemail greeting years ago on an old phone. It's carried over to every phone I have had since and I can't seem to get rid of it. So embarrassing, I was a young teenager at the time! I have dialled 123 but it says that no greeting has ever been set. I don't want to create a new one, I just don't want one at all. I have a Samsung Android.Please help!

How can I change/cancel an order?

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 4G in navy on 30th December. It’s still out of stock in navy but in stock in white.I’d like to change my order to the same phone in white so I can receive the phone sooner.This is the first time I have shopped with iD, since the mobile has not arrived, I do not have my new number. I cannot seem to use live chat or contact anyone from iD because I do not have an iD mobile number to input.Is there any way to contact someone about this?Thanks.

disapearing signal

We have 4 phones on id an have been using the service for over 2 years but recently the signal strength has just disappeared. I have gone from 3  to 4 bars down to 1 sometimes nothing any help.
