Problem with porting - keep submitting but it doesn't happen

Hi, we have a problem porting a number. When we submitted the switching form the frst time we made a mistake with the Transaction number. The next day we got a text telling us to try again.  I’ve submitted several times since and the form says ‘request updated’  but nothing happens.. no SMS received telling me its not working and the PAC code will expire soon.  Any suggestions?

unable to connect to 4G

Hi,I have Samsung S6 and cannot connect to the 4G mobile network  although the phone indicates it is connected. If I select 3G manually in the mobile network menu I can get 3G or H. I have to select this manually  though it wont default to 3G if it cannot connect to 4G. I have tried resetting phone eg on off , removed Sim, reset access point name etc.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

I’ve had no Data connection most of today but I have signal and my phone is showing active 4G connectivity  (Hampshire/Surrey area)

Cant upgrade contract - stuck on payment page

Trying to upgrade my phone contract, but once i put in my bank details, the page afterwards does nothing. There’s nothing on screen and no links or anything to click, and the 1p charge does not go through. any help in resolving this would be great!

Wi - fi calling.

I am getting use to my Samsung a20e. It has a wi-fi calling button in the settings but how do I make a wi-fi phone call? Do I just turn it on then make the call?

Are there network problems today?

I have been in two locations in Liverpool today (L18 and L15) and I have been unable to get any signal at all.  This hasn't happened before and now that I've got Wi-Fi access I've tried checking to see if there have been any problems reported, but can't see anything.

Court Action against ID Mobile

Hi does anyone have the details thats I need to raise a court case against ID Mobile after they stole money from account when I bought a SIM only deal and then cancelled it 3 days later after they lied about the product I purcashed. I need to know their contact details for the court papers.I have tried contacting them  but the phone line only gives out messages and the WEBCHAT is useless and seems to have people on it who are clueless.Thanks,

PAC Transfer not working

Tried several times to transfer my phone number from ee to ID mobile this week, and ID mobile haven’t done anything about it. I need my number available urgently on my new phone with ID mobile if possible. I would really appreciate if someone could sort this out. Thank you.

My service has disappeared after a reset

I’ve just had to do a factory reset on my Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017). Now, when I try to set the phone up again, when it gets to the 2-stage authentication stage, the text they send never arrives. Also, when I try and ring the mobile from a landline, I get a voicemail saying the device is busy. Help!

Contact With ID while aboard

Stuck out in Vietnam since March, this appears to be the only way to contact you, sorry, it’s kinda unique. The new SIM you sent me has been sent to my registered UK property and now it’s being forwarded to my Vietnamese apartment. This is going to take at least 6 weeks, will it affect my service without it? Just need it for apps already on my phone.

0800 numbers not recognised

When I ring an 0800 number from my mobile I get the message that the number isn't recognised. However, I know the number is correct as it works fine from my BT landline. My employer uses an 0800 number and I need to ring them when out and about so it's very important this works.

Cant call Out or receive call

I have an s20 that keeps dropping calls and sometimes wont make call even with a 4g 3 bar signal, as soon as you start the call the signal goes to 1 bar no 4g but the internet still works,  wierd

unsed data has not rolled over

hi. I am on a 10Gb for £8.00 deal. Have just started  my 2nd month  on this tariff. My unused data from last month has not rolled over. Is this normal for this tariff. I still had 6.5Gb to use.Thanks Rob

Mobile billing

Does anyone know if ID mobile supports mobile billing through Google play store for android as I have just updated my mobile phone number with them and I cannot receive my verification code via sms. I have spoken to Google who have suggested that I contact ID mobile to see if it is enabled. Thanks in advance.

shocking connection for the last week

I live in the HP5 area and the service has been abysmal the last week, so much I have had not service on my phone at all and have had to piggyback off a WiFi connection with another provider. So what am I paying for if I have use another service to function. If I do get service it has plummeted in speed to such low levels some apps refuse to work.

Unlocking Iphone 11 Pro for foreign Sim card

I have completed a 2 year contract already and recently upgraded to a new iPhone and started a new 2 year contract.  I work away for months at a time out of Europe so I had my previous iPhone unlocked so I could use the foreign (Kazakh) sim card while away then use my ID sim when I return to the Uk.  I recently read that it is now more complicated to unlock iPhones and there is a 6 month wait. This is no good to me as I am due to leave soon and need my foreign SIM card to work! As an existing and reliable customer I am hoping Idmobile will consider helping me with this.  I can not speak to anyone at a call centre due to the Covid situation. kyle

Trying to buy Iphone 11 and website does not accept data £ discount which is offered by ID mobile

I am trying to buy an Iphone 11 with a pay monthly plan for 10GB of data, unlimited calls and unlimited texts. ID mobile then offers an upgrade to 20GB data for only £1 more each month. When I am agreeing to this offer, ID mobile is experiencing problems with this offer. This has been happening since yesterday. Could you please fix this issue or/and advise? Thank you.
