Upgraded in error but should have changed plan

It seems I’ve upgrade my SIM only deal - but now found I should have changed my plan on the app - how do I sort this as I do not need the new SIM that is being sent to me?

Paying my Bill - no account access

I recently switched from pay monthly to PAYG. I have a final bill of £13 to pay. Normally I'd be able to call and pay over the phone but I can't at the moment as the call centre is closed. The £13 is now overdue. I can't make payment through the app or the website as it is taking me to the sign in page when I try to view the bill, it's a constant circle.  How can I pay what I owe?

About to be out of contract; want to switch to ID mobile sim-only deal

    My contract is coming to an end in a couple of weeks and I want to understand what I need to do to ensure that I don’t end up continuing to pay the same monthly contract fee after the period has ended. I want to keep my phone number and switch to an ID mobile Sim only deal. What do I need to do?  Do I just cancel my direct debit? How do I sign up to a new Sim only contract (I don’t need a new phone so I'm not looking to upgrade).  The only available plan change options in the “new plan” section of the app is for large amounts - I wish to change to the £3.99 sim-only deal. Can anyone from ID mobile help??

i cant afford my bill

Hello    I have just received a letter from you guys saying that if I don’t pay my bill in 7 days it’s going to effect my credit rating etc  as there is a pandemic going on at the moment it is very hard for me to get income that I need to survive so I am unable to pay my bill yet, I have always been on time with my bills in the past and I would appreciate if you could please be understanding at this scary time    could you please give me some information on how I can maybe pay the bill later on when all of this pandemic has gone as I can’t get through to your customer service line either due to covid19    thankyou    katie beck

Can't Log In To Daughters Phone

Hi We got my daughter a phone and ID mobile SIM in 2017.  I want to upgrade to unlimited data but the site doesn’t recognise the username, date of birth or password.  How can I get access or do I need to wait for customer service to come back?   Thanks Louise

Outdoor coverage

Hello, I obtained my SIM last week. Since then, indoor coverage has been very poor (250Kb/sec, according to fast.com) I checked outdoors, moving around all sides of the house - there are no other buildings within 40m and all are 2-3 storey. Coverage is still only 1Mb/sec. A mile away, coverage is much better - 12Mb/sec. My postcode is BS6 5EX, your map indicates coverage in my area is ‘very good’. Can you advise please

Unable to login or reset password

Hey,   Looking for some help. Used to have a phone using ID Mobile, Forgot that I hadn’t cancelled it (haven’t used account since June last year!) till I saw it on my bank statement.   I have no idea what the mobile number was, and when I try to login or reset my password (using the same email address as I received my order confirmation and my bill emails to) it says it is not recognised.   Any ideas? Customer service closed

Error ending plan

In the app when I go to My Account > End my plan > End your iD mobile plan it says: Please contact Customer Services www.idmobile.co.uk/contact-us When I follow the link it shows the attached error message.

Can't register for an account/no transaction number on receipt/so can't port old number

Hi, I’ve just purchased a new contract, but: I can’t register for an account it’s telling me some details are wrong, but I’ve tried numberous times and it’s now timed me out There was no transaction number on my receipt so I can’t even port my old number using the online system. I already have an account with the same email but it was for my daughter, does that mean it may be getting confused with that one as the last name, birth date and email are the same Thank you Jeff

Signed up to a new ID 24 month contract for a Pixel 3a yesterday. Today ID mobile are offering a £50 gift card to anyone taking out a contract with a Pixel phone. Can I cancel and reorder to get the gift card or is there an easier way? Thanks.

Keeping My Old Number - Issues

Hi guys,  Trying to make sure I can keep my old number. My iD SIM has arrived and I’ve put it in my phone. I’ve also requested to keep my old number through the website, completed all the details with my PAC number from my old network. This morning I got this text from iD:  “We have tried to process your PAC / STAC but we ran into an issue - the iD mobile number, last name or transaction number you entered is incorrect. Please contact Customer Service.”  I’ve double checked all the details I entered and they’re all correct…! I also checked the PAC was still valid and it is…  Can someone help??  Julia

Return and cancel sim only card as

Hi All I recently ordered a sim from the Id website and it took 7 days to arrive  in the meantime i was sure it had god lost in the post so contacted the website via the online chat  I was told to just order another one  I now have two sims as the 1st one arrived yesterday I know need to cancel and return the 2nd sim as i don’t want to pay for two contracts what do i do ?   Jon

samsung cashback

I ordered a new phone and it was advertised as part of the samsung cashback offer. It is a pay monthly phone. When I followed the instructions on the samsung website it says I am missing some details but I do not appear to be. I only have an ID email confirmation of purchase and not a proper receipt. sim only upgrade issue

Hello,   I’m trying to upgrade my tariff on my sim only plan. It gets through the 1p payment thing and i then click continue and it says ‘Some of your personal details seem to be invalid or missing. Please call 7777 to update your details’. What does this mean? What do i need to do?   thanks, Dani

Buy add-in by phone - no access to app (daughter's phone)

Our 22 year old daughter is living alone and self isolating as she has coronavirus symptoms. She has run out of data and urgently needs it to stay in touch with the outside world. She can’t access the ID Mobile app as she is locked out of the email account she used to set it up (long story!) - and can’t change the password. We are desperately trying to buy her a data add-on, as she’s not due for renewal until 15th April. She has no wifi in her flat and this is one of her only means of contact with the outside world for the next week. Her dad and I just phoned the automated phone line just and paid £10 as we couldn’t get an add-on option, but we have no idea if this has helped.  Please help urgently Thank you

phone broken how do i cancel contract temporarily?

my Doro phone has stopped working. it just wont switch on, screen is a-blank. i have rang the doro people and they have asked me to send it to them for repair, but of course i am unable to go to a post office due to the COVID-19 restrictions. i want to cancel my contract for the time being so that i am not paying monthly for a phone that i cant even use. how do i go about this? many thanks, God bless

Change of contract

Hi I have upgraded my account so I have unlimited minutes instead of 250m8ns cis of the self isolation. I did this on the 25th March but today I got a notification to say I had used my minutes and I will be charged 40p per minute. But I can't speak to anyone about it and I'm afraid to ring anyone no. But my plan has altered to my new one on my account. Can anyone please help with advice. X

ported number

I've requested that my number be ported to ID from 3. I noticed today that my 3 sim is no longer working and after contacting them they have said that it has been ported to my new provider. When I send messages or make calls on my ID sim it still comes up as the number that was provided from ID not the number I wanted to port. I have restarted the phone taken out and put back in the sim card but this makes no difference. How long will it take for my ported number to show on my ID sim after my old provider terminates the contract.
