Changing sim only deal

I wish to change my sim only contract with idmobile. I found the deal I want on the id website-£8 a month for 3GB data, unlimited texts, and 1000 minutes. However when I log in to change my deal I am offered 3GB data,unlimited texts and 500 minutes. How can I obtain the offered deal?

Upfront payment declined need to repay?

I purchased the P40 Pro and paid the upfront payment via credit card and received a text message from the credit card company stating that the payment was declined and asked to confirm whether it was me, and therefore I replied with ‘Yes’, followed by another message stating ‘Thanks for confirming this was you. If you still need to make this payment, please wait 10 minutes and try again.  There is no need to call us.’ So I am not sure how to make this repayment now?

a problem with my order

Hi there I placed an order this morning for a new contract with id, I am switching from id.  I received a confirmation email straight away stating that my order was being processed. A few hours later I received another email saying that there is a problem with my order. It says that someone will be in contact with regards to this but I am worried that I may have perhaps typed the wrong mobile number.  Please help I have an order number to hand to assist with this enquiry.  Thank you Stephanie Cormack

I ordered sim card for my son over 2 weeks ago , courier tried to delivered twice while I was at work. I arranged the same to be delivered to nearest currys shop but it's been over a week and I am still waiting. My bill is due next due 21st

Is there a time restriction on a second phone

I received my new phone and contract a month ago. I wanted another for my part but the phone provider rejected it saying ID Mobile policy is not to supply a second phone within a 3 month period. I am aware that all accounts must have a separate email.Is there a 3 month rule?

Text messages not being delivered

Every time I try to send a text message I’m getting a message saying the text hasn’t been delivered. Despite this some text messages are getting through but not all. I have an iPhone SE. I have gone through all my settings and they appear to be correct so I don’t know what else to do. Once I deleted the whole text conversation and then texts were being deliverered but then they stopped being delivered again and deleting the text conversation didn’t work. Can anyone help?

Hello there  Please can you help me , my Mum has been given a  iPhone 6 so now she needs a sim card , can I get one here currently ? , if so I saw a plan for £5.00 per month, she will infrequently text and use facetime through ( WhatsApp) it is a matter of urgency as she needs to see loved ones .   Many thanks Bella ( keep safe )

Hi ,I have upgraded from 24 months contract to sim only  can you please tell me what do I need to do?my 24 month contract will expire in 2 months  do i need to cancel my current direct debit? if so when (as soon as I get the new sim or before next direct debit? ) thanks .

Ive run out of data, are there any additional provisions because of COVID?

Hi,   I'm stuck at my house on my own and the WiFi is temperamental I've got through all my 4g data and was wondering if ID had any provisions for extra mobile data because of the crisis.   It's a long shot but I really can't afford to buy more which is my own problem I know but would be nice if ID were a bit more lenient in this time.   Hope everyone's staying safe   Dan

ID mobile questions being automatically deleted?

I recently posted a question about if anyone had any feedback on how i could troubleshoot or diagnose my extremely slow 5g/4g speeds. I checked my emails and saw that someone had replied to my question so i came back to see if they had given any good advice. But ive signed back in and it looks like my question has been deleted from here with no notifications or reason as to why? Does anyone know how to recover this question? I’m still in need of advice, so its either i try to recover the question and response somehow or re-write and post another question and hope this one doesnt dissapear as well (seems counter-intuitive/spammy)

5G reception but quality is rubbish

Ive got 5G signal 3 bars and most calls wont connect as if it times out, those that did the quality is so bad i cant have a conversation. Just switched to ID from O2 so hope this isnt the service I expect

Switching

I’m unable to switch my number to iD mobile  - both on my laptop and mobile phone.On my mobile it’s saying that my old number ‘needs to start with 07’ - it’s not recognising the digits; even though I’m using the same keyboard as for all other accepted numbers.On my laptop it’s saying at the top of the webpage ‘something went wrong’.Does iD mobile really want new business?!

Getting a detailed bill

I am trying to obtain a detailed bill for the last month, that has all the usage i’ve had. When I got my last bill there are dats missing on the bill.   I am trying to retrieve a number that i called and texted a few times over consecutive days for work but the number and the usage isnt listed in the last bill i received. Is there a way to get a bill with all the numbers ive interacted with ove rthe last month

Whatsapp help

Hello! Need help with WhatsApp please. I have a new huawei p30 lite and WhatsApp will not download on to it. Any ideas? I've deleted and reinstalled, revolved from my old phone but nothing seems to be working. Any help or advise would be much appreciated

Foreign Calling

We’ve been in Canada for 6 weeks and have not been able to make any calls at all in that time. We’re off to New Zealand on the weekend from here, will this be the same there? Is there a reason for this? Not used any data since being here and only sent one text. We’ve had WiFi nearly the whole time but it’d be nice to know we could phone out if we needed to in an emergency or such like. All the options for international calling and roaming are switched on in my iDmobile app Thanks James

Updating Direct Debit in App wont work

Hi, i have a new bank account and have been experiencing trouble updating my new direct debit details in the App and on the website and using the desktop site. I get an error message, please see attached picture..I have spoken to a person in chat who was able to remove my old direct debit but unable to update my direct debit and told me to do this in the App 🤦‍♂️.  Is there a workaround for this or is this a glitch? I can see someone else had this issue nearly 2 months ago but no update on whether resolved ?  I am making manual payments until resolved however DD would be a lot easier...

Hi, Just upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S23 FE. Need the proof of purchase information for the phone, displaying the phones model, information etc.The emails IDmobile provide are extremely vague and unhelpful. Any chance of getting this information.
