Declined order.

Recently tried purchasing through CPW for my wife as the prices are unrivalled. No issues financially etc however two different orders have been declined. Can't understand how it is so difficult to purchase a new phone, you think this would be a straight forward process to keep the business going.

Upgrading my existing plan, and it's asking me for payment details?

I’ve got a sim only rolling month plan, when I log into my account it shows an option to update to a different plan. When I click on that and select a new plan, it’s making me go through checkout and add my card details, and they will charge it £0.01, why? Can’t they just change my plan and continue to charge my existing direct debit instead of creating some new 2nd payment?Also, when will this new plan take effect? It feels like I’m going to sign up to a new plan halfway through the month so I’m being charged for this new plan whilst still be charged my old one also?

Urgent help meeded. please help me ID mobile or anyone.

I placed my upgrade with ID last week. Dpd mis labelled my parcel and I received 2 dirty covid tests. I immediately caught the driver and made him take a photo and send it back to DPD. a lady at the depot has phone and said sorry they know where my phone is. And also sent an email to me saying as much.I have tried all week to get this resolved. Virtual chat agents can do nothing. Vustomer complaints team will do nothing until DPD update them.DPD won't do anything until they get the handset back from the address it got accidentally delivered to.I have lost all trust in ID mobile, they have been making promises since Tuesday to get my replacement handset sent and now I'm told I may have to wait a further week.That conveniently takes me past my 14 days cooling off period, I have asked if we can cancel and reorder to be told not until someone somewhere communicates between DPD and ID. Please can anyone help me please. I can't spend any more time waiting for a call to be answered and trying

how to remove my old number from Iphone 13 settings

how can i remove my old number from Iphone 13 settings. I’m sending multiple msg and being told msg undelivered.live tried everything else.I need to change my number in my settings but it won’t save the new number it just reverts back to the previos one.please help FINGERS CROSSED IVE SORTED IT. I SWITCHED MY IPHONE ON AND OFF AND THE NUMBERS NOW CHANGED.Hope this will help someone else.

1 month later and my phone number still hasnt transferred.

Some background- I was with Vodafone most of my adult life, and recently decided to make the switch to ID when I wanted to upgrade to the iPhone 13.  I set up a business a few months ago and my number has been printed over all of my merch. I knew when changing network that there might be a delay with my number transfer for a couple of days but it was worth it as the contract with ID was so good. I submitted the correct forms straight away, however it is now almost a month and I still haven’t got my work number back.  So over this month where I should be in the early stages of my business still receiving new enquiries for work daily, I haven’t been contacted at all, as the number printed over everything currently doesn’t exist.  I have been in frequent contact with the live chat as this seems to be the only way to contact anyone from ID, however every time I am told it’s already been passed to the technical team and there’s nothing else that can be done.  So a time where I have left my

5g

Hi I have been testing 5g on my Motorola G 5g plus and also my mi 10t lite works well on both phones but there is something funny about 5g I have tried a speed test on 2 phones on 5g in different 5g locations one test in Bolton and a test in Wigan and the download speeds were 387 mbps in Wigan and 389mbps in Bolton but both locations only give around 3mbps upload speed I was very surprised of the poor upload speeds of 5g but be careful any one doing these test as it will take just under a gig of data of your allowance.john

Gateway Timed Out...

Hi!For days now, I have been trying to log on to my account but, after 2-minutes it shoes a wight page telling me the site isn’t available or the words “Gateway Timed Out...” display.  Even when I switch over to VODAFONE at 63mbps download, your system still says the same.   There is certainly an up-load server fault at your end.  The iD web log-in page is completely useless and needs to be sorted out pronto.

new customer issues.

I’m a new customer having multiple issues. I purchased a sim only contract through the Carphone warehouse. My phone is a Samsung s21. 1. I can’t download the app on my phone. It says “this item is not available in your country” on the play store. I’m in the uk and as far as I can see all my phone settings are set to UK. How do I remedy this?3. I’ve tried to set up an account online. I’m not receiving the security code, even with multiple attempts.4. I can’t change my old phone number over. I’ve contacted Vodafone and got a pac code. I’ve input the info into your online form, but it’s telling me some of the information is wrong.

Thinking of Joining ID...

Hi there.I’m currently with o2, but I’m very interested in joining ID on a SIM only deal. I plan to buy a PAYG SIM first, just to try the network out before I properly sign up, but I have a couple of questions first:If I want to keep my o2 number, is it just a case of providing the PAC code at the checkout stage when I order my new SIM from ID, or do I need to do something else? I understand it’s not too easy to actually speak to someone at ID? That’s not a problem for me, providing the online transfer is easy enough... I plan to go with the unlimited data SIM contract, will this be 5G or 4G? (Obviously using a 5G compatible phone) Is there a download speed cap on data?Thanks very much in advance for any help.Have a good day!

Calls from very similar numbers to my own

Over the past couple of weeks I have started receiving calls to my phone from numbers very similar to my own. When I try to call them back it says the number can not accept messages. I had a call yesterday from a very irate man claiming that I keep calling his number which again is very similar to mine but I have never once called his number. help?

Fraudulent Text

Hi,I recently received some fraudulent text messages a claiming to be ID." iD: Your monthly payment failed, in order to continue using our services please verify your details here: https://bit.ly/36BATMM "I mindlessly filled out the forms with auto-fill since my card did actually expire this month. I only realised it was fake after filling everything else.  I've changed my ID account password, called the bank and transferred all my money my own separate account. Is there anything else I need to do? Thanks

Very slow interner.

Hi, I have got very slow internet connection.I get around 1 Mbit/sec for download.,The area I live there is very good 4G coverage according to the coverage checker tool. I live at the RG24 9 area.My phone is a Pixel 4a.Is anyone having similar problem?Not sure what I could do to get 4G. Kind regards Laszlo

Does ID mobile have a timeplan on when eSIM will be launched?

I recently changed my phone (from Samsung S20+ to S21+) and I have only 1 physical sim card slot and another eSIM. I have currently 2 sims from ID mobile, one for work and another for personal use. Now I am unable to use both sim cards at the same time and currently using only work sim. Can anyone please let me know if ID mobile have a plan to launch eSIM ? If they don’t then unfortunately I have to switch network.I am surprised to see that the phone market is changing rapidly and you can see more and more phones with eSIM whereas the MVNO network operators are sluggish. Only EE, Vodafone, O2 provide eSIM at the moment but sim only plans (very expensive to get 5G!). Three have false advertisement on their website because they don’t support eSIM. Any suggestions would be really helpful. Thanks
