I ordered a sim only but order duplicated and I was sent 2 sims I submitted a pac number to activate one sim which has been done successfully I do NOT require second sim and have not activated it. I have been trying cancel sim without success. I am being charged for 2 sims .I have been trying to speak to a live person since 21st MarchThe customer service is zero All you get is  f#####g robot Was with 02 for 15yrs should have stayed with them

Replacement sim following phone loss, activated but no service

Hi,I got a replacement sim, went through the activation process, it says its all activated, but it wont connect and if I call the number it says its out of service. Ive tried the turn off for 10 mins and on again method!

Cancel my plan

Gone through all the steps to cancel, red message at the bottom says contact customer services yet you just go round in a never ending loop. I’ll be cancelling the direct debit as of next month if it is not rectified.I find it absolutely pathetic that a phone company can’t have anyone to even contact to cancel.

My partner and I both have ID accounts but the two are being muddled and I need to sort that out so that he gets correspondence meant for him and I get mine.My password also seems to be forgotten when I sign in.

I've seen an offer that's £0 upfront and £20 a month. Would ID let me pay £200 upfront then less each month? Is that possible? Thanks

iphone SE - not switching on

My daughters iphone SE is less than 12 months old but has suddenly stopped working. The screen doesn’t move from the Apple icon. We have tried resetting by following the advice to press and hold the volume controls, which hasn’t worked. We have not yet tried a factory reset as not all the photos etc have been backed up so want to avoid this if at all possible.Are you able to help please?

i have no network coverage only ID wifi

I bought a new SIM card to use in an old handset that I believe is unlocked.  I have ID WiFi so can use the phone on WiFi but no network coverage once I leave WiFi.

port out PAC

I'm.transfering my number out from ID, and the PAC code you providing to me is not valid it says expiry date is 29/12/2020 which is last month  My number was portdd to ID mobile and now you are giving me exact same PAC number to port out which  does not work. My whole experience with ID has been so bad and this is just icing on the cake. Could you please provide me with a valid pac number that doesn't have a expiry date of 3 week ago!!!

Unable to access Safari or google chrome

Unable to access say Safari or google chrome whether wifi or roaming. we have an identical iphone 6s with O2 and have no problems. Sky have no ideas. Could the phone itself be faulty or the sim?The phone works perfect for all other aspects.Very grateful for speedy help before we go crazy!  Thanks  Marion

Help - I can not cancel contract

I am unable to cancel my plan using the iD Mobile App or My Account online - how can i cancel my account as i am occurring extra charges and i set it up in error? i am not getting any help with online chats - please help i keeping going around in circles with chats and agents.I cancelled the direct debit in error but i can not get onto the 1D app to pay the billI can not use the sim card to receive pin codes to re-cactivate my account in the app or on-line as the service has been cancelled and the contact umber given on the email has been cancelled due to covid restrictionsPlease help i just want to pay my bill (£12) and cancel the contract.

I requested to transfer my number on Thursday, I did not get a text within 24hrs and it still hasn’t been transferred. There is also lack of support on this website. None of the questions or answers are helping because it’s been 48hrs.

Discrete upgrade required!

I want to upgrade my daughters phone as a Christmas present, but I am worried that she will receive a text message or some other notification that will alert her as soon as I carry out the upgrade. Can anyone advise if a text will be sent or can be stopped?I am not worried about an email as my email is linked to the account, access to the ID app on her phone can be fixed as I could change the password etc?

I can't get a phone signal in my house

I can't get a phone signal in my house over the last 2 months, but it worked fine for the 18 months prior to that. My daughter is also on ID and she has no problems with the signal

Unable to activate iphone7

I have just received a new phone on a new contract today, I haven’t previously been with id. I am trying to set up the iphone but it keeps coming up with an error saying unable to activate iphone at this time.  I’ve tried calling customer services and speaking through the live chat and no one is available. Can anybody help me?
