To ID you say my direct debit bounced then there was over 200 in my account the  your cancel.my dd and the  ask for double the payment can you please rectify this and refund the extra payment u had to.oay to keep my phone going please

Problems joining

Hi, I’ve transferred across from Plusnet and my SIM is working great so I bought another 24 month contract for my 16 year old son, which I have yet to install.  Now I am trying to get the same deal for my 13 year old daughter and it keeps cancelling….I have tried multiple email addresses and bank accounts.  I would like us all to be under the same roof - please help!

Help in Community

On 26th Jan 2021 i paid for a 20gb addon for my daughter with my credit card because she did not have internet at her home. She is unable to access her account to cancel because you do not recognise her email address ***********. Her ID phone is ******** I am at my wits end trying to cancel via your bots so it looks like I will have to keep building up the bill till I die. I am 76 years old. Can you help please.  Moorcroft has suspended the account for 3 week and advised me to speak to you. They gave me your telephone number but its all automated by bots So i cancelled the direct debit 4 months ago. Now I am being chased by Moorcroft dept agency for £80. And they say there is nothing they can do.Even if I close down the bank account the debt we continue to increase. I NEED YOUR HELP  She no longer need data as she is now connected to the internet at home. I have spent over six hours to contact you so this is my last resort. If this does not get to you I will complain to all the tv prog

Credit Score affected after ending a Pay as you Go account

 I have just applied for a mortgage and been declined.After checking my credit rating it turns out I have 3 default payments of £1. For DEC 2020 through to FEB 2021 and then a final closure on MAR 2021 I requested a PAC code and gave the notice require on the account. as a Pay as You Go  Account how is it possible to have arears I pay up front for the use.Someone needs to look into this, as I was not contacted to say there were arears!

I'm.transfering my number out from ID, and the PAC code you providing to me is not valid it says expiry date is 29/12/2020 which is last month  My number was portdd to ID mobile and now you are giving me exact same PAC number to port out which  does not work. My whole experience with ID has been so bad and this is just icing on the cake. Could you please provide me with a valid pac number that doesn't have a expiry date of 3 week ago!!!

Paid monthly for unlimited data, text and calls. Have data but no text or phone

I paid my monthly charge for unlimited data, text and calls.I have data but I cannot make calls or send text messages. It been like this for a few weeks.I get a message stating I need to top up with cash. Although I should not have to do this with unlimited plan. But I have tried many times to top up with cash only to be told oops please try again or some message like it.I have waited for this upgrade but not sure it working as cannot phone out or text.I tried going into Curry's store but was turned away as I bought the SIM directly from ID Mobile and was not a Curry's customer.Does anyone know why I am not able to call out or send text messages?I can receive calls and SMS messages but cannot make any myself.Is there a dispute between ID Mobile, Carphone Warehouse and Curry's?I got no idea why this month my phone appears to be useless. I really need to call out but not able to and it been very frustrating not to be able to talk to a human to resolve this issue.Can anyone help?Jake

Pac code not processed

I went into Carphone warehouse on Thursday before five pm and got a new contract from for your network. I was on EE and the lad put the pac code into the system so I can keep the same number but it doesn’t seem to have transferred yet over but It’s not letting me ring the number you provided. I wanted to keep my old number from EE.
