Cancel my plan

Gone through all the steps to cancel, red message at the bottom says contact customer services yet you just go round in a never ending loop. I’ll be cancelling the direct debit as of next month if it is not rectified.I find it absolutely pathetic that a phone company can’t have anyone to even contact to cancel.

Cancel my plan

I want to cancel my plan but have forgotten my password and no longer have access to the phone to receive the code to reset the password. Can I use a different mobile number to get the security code please?

Hi so I've been offered a early upgrade and I was wondering I have 2 months left on my contract what happens to the last 2 months I have to pay when I upgrade do they get voided or do I have to pay for two phones at once.

problem with duplicate oder

Hi, please can anyone advise me how to speak to someone regarding the following problem.I ordered a 12 month contract SIM on 2nd March. Unfortunately, I accidentally ordered it twice. Neither SIM has arrived yet,I tried to speak with Live chat to cancel one of the orders but they need my customer service PIN. I need to register online to get this but when I go to register, my old phone number is not recognised and if I enter either of the new numbers it sends a verification text to those numbers which obviously I am not receiving as I don’t have the SIM cards. Is there any way to speak to someone without needing to be registered and having a customer service PIN please?

My email address has been linked to someone else's account. I am not with your company however I get Jamie’s emails and updates. Please remove my email address at your earliest convenience. You are breaching data protection laws by sending emails for your customer to me. I am not the intended person so please remove my email address.

No simcard

I returned my phone to Carphone warehouse for repair.  They sent me a new phone but without a sim card.  No-one said anything about taking out the old sim card before sending the old phone for repair, and we assumed we would get the old phone back anyway.  Now we have a phone which we cannot use because it has no sim card.

cant cancel my sim only

I have been trying for 2 hours to cancel my id mobile plan for my sim only contract and it gets me to the point of telling me how much it is to leave as I’m leaving before the contract is up then won’t give me the actual Optjon to leave! How do I do this?

Switching sim only deals when already sim only

Hi, I'm already sim only but want to change to a different deal.I'm eligible and there are lots of options, but it says about getting a new sim card? Is this correct, can't the existing be used?I'm abroad so can't access a new sim if it arrives and can't risk doing anything that will cut off my phone!Thanks to anyone who has already switched sim only deals 😁

sim card error notice

My Samsung galaxy S9 phone works fine but I have suddenly been getting an error notice saying “no SIM card inserted, unable to make calls or connect to mobile networks”. I usually click ok to make the message go away, but the phone still works okay. However this message keeps popping up at random intervals and is very annoying. How can I fix this?
