Purchased for one month only

I have just purchased SIM only because it is one month contract only. I can see now that I actually will need the card literally for one month. A cancellation should be requested 30 days before the end of the contract. How can I do it if I did not receive the sim card yet? What is the procedure for people signing only one month contract (default)?

Premium Phone Number Charges

Does any one know what numbers are not included in the iD package. I have unlimited min & Text in my package, but not sure what numbers are not included Other then premium numbers for instance is 0871 included or not. If you don’t know, where do I find out.

From o2 to ID

Hi. I cancelled my o2 contract and it will end in next 30 days. What is the best action to transfer my number from o2 to ID mobile? I know that PAC is valid for 30 days. If I transfer my old number before my o2 contract expires will it be OK? Or they (o2) let it go after my last day with them even if I request transferring for example today? Another one: If I buy my new ID contract today is there any dead line to transfer a number from another network? Or that can be done anytime during my contract?

Unlock ID iPhone 5s that is no longer in use (number has been ported)

Hi, I have an iPhone 5s that was on ID network but the number has been ported to a new phone on Vodafone. I want to unlock the old iPhone and have contact ID to get this done. I received an acknowledgement email about 10 days ago but it is still locked. How long does this normally take? Thanks, Martin.

Samsung S8 not taking international sim from other service provider

I am currently in Palestine and tried yesterday to put a local sim into my phone. It did not work. I was prompted when putting the sim in to enter a code. I tried the network unlock code of the in country sim but it did not work. When I called iD I was told by the operator that my phone (bought 2 month ago) was not locked to the iD network. I entered my iD PUK code as well the in country PUK but that also didn't do anything either. Any suggestions. Attached are screenshots of the problem pages. Changing sim only deal

I wish to change my sim only contract with idmobile. I found the deal I want on the id website-£8 a month for 3GB data, unlimited texts, and 1000 minutes. However when I log in to change my deal I am offered 3GB data,unlimited texts and 500 minutes. How can I obtain the offered deal?

Hi I ordered 2 sims but was told I could only have 1 because only 1 per name. My daughter is under 16, how do I go about getting a 2nd sim? There is no other adult at our house to order for her.

Roaming and fair useage, brand new customer

Probably very bad timing but I got my iD sim card today (10 gig pay monthly plan) and am waiting to port my old number over to it. Thing is, it takes 2 days and I go away to Spain for a week from Sunday with work and will need to use my data on the new sim card. As there won't be much history of me using this simcard in the UK will I come into trouble by using data in Spain for a week? The fair useage policy is a little vague in this respect....

Setting up a sim without a phone

Afternoon; I have a sim for use in an alarm/gate system and need to be able to set up an account. Only problem is that the device holder takes a standard (e.g. not nano) sim, my current phone uses a nano and so I can't receive the code that ID send to set up an account.... any thoughts? Need the account to turn off voicemail and text alerts/notifications...

emergency calls only

my galaxy s9 is saying emergency calls only and no network connection. when i go in to search for a network, it says it can't do it. phone has been working well. i have checked the signal in my area and it is very good. any ideas? i have switched it off and on and also off and on airplane mode.
