I’m unable to switch my number to iD mobile  - both on my laptop and mobile phone.

On my mobile it’s saying that my old number ‘needs to start with 07’ - it’s not recognising the digits; even though I’m using the same keyboard as for all other accepted numbers.
On my laptop it’s saying at the top of the webpage ‘something went wrong’.

Does iD mobile really want new business?!
