my upgrade wont complete

I’m eligible for an upgrade and I’ve been trying to get an iPhone 11, 24 month contract for £33.99 a month. I go through the mobile ID app and select the phone and go through the process of selecting a plan etc. It takes me to a screen which requests bank details, which I enter, and it takes 1p from my account. A pop up from my bank states the transaction is successful however I then get taken to a screen from ID mobile stating that the card transaction was unsuccessful and that an error has occurred so I'm unable to complete the upgrade. I’ve tried doing this again and again for almost a week now but haven’t been able to find a way to complete the upgrade and I need a phone to work and to contact my family and friends and i dont know what to do. I’ve tried logging into my account through my computer, iPad and through the mobile ID website but this hasn’t resolved the issue either. I can’t phone because all call centers have shut dow and adding onto this my current phone has stopped wo

Cancelling contract

I cancelled my SIM only contract about 6 months ago via their customer services. It was very hard to make them understand, but thought I'd succeeded.   I noticed last week i was still being billed. Ive struggled to contact anyone from id mobile. So to stop more money going out , i cancelled my direct debit.  Next day i got an email from id mobile saying that was not away to cancel my contract and i still have to give notice. The SIM has been unused for 6 months and all i want is my money back

I want to cancel my contract. I have  never registered an account and don’t want to keep the number. I don't know where the SIM is so when I try to register an account it send a code to a number I can’t access. Please tell me how I can cancel

I have been with id for 2 years and took out sim only but i dont know how to work it

okay so, i already have a phone with id and I have taken out a sim only card but now i’m not sure how to work it? It is already activated but I don’t know how i can tranfer my old phone number to it and it is also not letting me end my plan and asking me to contact them but they portal is still being set up.

Upgrading phone

Hello I have numerous upgrade offers when I login to my ID account. I have two questions: If I select an upgrade offer from the list, which includes a phone. I just want reassurance/confirmation that it will be posted out and due to your contact centre being closed, there won’t be any issues. If I wanted to discuss upgrade options with someone or I am thinking of leaving, is there any way of doing this? I have got my PAC code, so I understand if I did end up switching, I can take my number across. Thanks Fozia

changing contract

My contract runs out in September but I’m wanting to get a new contract with 02 this week and I want a pac code, if I use my pax code and give it to 02 will I be charged the rest of my contract left to pay at once or will I be able to pay it off monthly as normal?

Hi,    I recently upgarded to a hwauei and had a cashback claim. I've tried making this claim but they need a receipt showing the phone and imei number.    Can anyone from id mobile send this to me please?

This is getting ridiculous now

I’ve lost my phone. I want to cancel the contract. I can’t login to my account because I don’t know my login details. I can’t recover my details because I don’t have the phone. It’s a catch 22. I can’t ring the customer helpline, and the Livechat function doesn’t work for me. I’m still paying money for a phone contract I’m not using. Please can someone at ID mobile fix this!!!

Unable to use online payment - can't pay my bill

Hi, Roughly 3 months ago I forgot to transfer money into the bank account where my direct debit was linked to which resulted in a failed payment. At the time we were very low on money so we decided to leave it till next month. Come next month I tried paying online through my account but regardless which debit card I use it just says payment failed. To clarify: the payment gets accepted by my bank but then fails and cancels by ID. It also won’t let me set up a new direct debit as I owe money from a previous bill. Unsure how to proceed as your call centre had closed by the time I was trying to pay. Haven’t been able to use my phone other than with wifi for months now but I keep receiving new bills that I can’t pay. Thank you in advance, Anna

Unlimited Minutes NOT unlimited

Message received saying 100% of phone minutes used up and further calls will be charged at 40p/min. However iD App says I have "unlimited minutes". Help please.

ID Mobile doesn't change to my old phone number

I asked my previous mobile phone operator for the PAC number, and although I have tried several times to indicate ID Mobile to keep my old phone number, nothing has worked properly, until the point that my PAC number is going to expire (after 30 days). I am in a situation in which I am received important phone calls and it is very confusing for people, some of them phoning me to my old and others to the new number. I am very dissapointed with ID Mobile. Please, could you change to keep my old phone number?

phone broken

Hi iam having problems with my phone and obviously cannot bring into a shop to get fixed. It keeps saying I have head phones on which I don't, I have done everything I can to try fix it but can't, the reason I am messaging you and have emailed you ad my phone is still in warranty at the moment but I don't know when the shops will be opened and by then if may not be, so what am I suppose to do?

switching from 24 month contract to sim only

I have finishied my 24 month contract and wish to  keep my phone, but wish to move to new monthly iD SIM card only monthly payment deal from uswitch. It is better for me than the upgrade deals on the id app.  How can I transfer my existing phone number to the new SIM card?

Final Demand Notice despite closing account over a month ago.

I’m looking for advice because I haven’t been getting anywhere as the call centres are all closed and the live chat has supposedly been busy all day every day for the past three days. I got a letter this morning claiming I owe ID money despite me calling and ending my contact on the 3rd of March because my  contact had been kept going for an entire year longer than it needed to be and I was paying for a number I wasn't using. I’m tired of not getting anywhere and with everything else going on at the moment it is really worrying me that I cannot get hold of anyone. Thank you.

I have my PAC code on Sunday but my old no hasn’t returned. I did this again on Thursday and I haven’t heard anything. The code hasn’t expired but my previous contract with O2 has now. Can anyone help please?
