Issue with information provided?

I am trying to port my number over multiple times over the last few days and I am receiving this error message ‘We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.’I can assure you that the information is correct, I have checked over and over again.Its getting pretty frustrating as I do not want to lose a number I have had for so many years and it seems impossible to speak to anyone for a resolution. Please help.

My Live Chat doesn't work

Hello,My Live Chat doesn't work. I have tried with Safari, Firefox and Chrome. I have also disabled the security settings and allowed all the cookies, so I am not really sure what else I can do. I really need my live chat to work, as it seems the only way that I can communicate with ID mobile. Thank you.

Samsung A72??

Hi I'm due to upgrade in a couple if weeks and really wanted the Samsung A72 but can't see it on the website is it likely ID mobile will stock this phone at some point in the near future, I already have the Samsung A70 and love it and don't think any if the ones available are better than mine around the same price, so thought it wss worth asking

I can't receive text messages

Good morning I recently joined ID mobile after leaving Vodafone. I ported my number across from them  to my new handset ,Oppo A72, which was fine. However, I can’t seem to receive text messages from my contacts but I can receive messages such as those from ID mobile. At one point the messages were going to my old phone but this has now stopped. I have tried resetting the network settings, rebooting my phone, taking the sim card out and replacing it etc.  Edit it just seems to be my husbands number I cant get texts from

unlimited minutes

My phone won’t let me make any calls as it says I have ran out of minutes and need to make a payment, but my plan has unlimited minutes, so this shouldn’t be happening.

Account from 2018 affecting credit score

Hi there I have an old account from 2018 that is affecting my credit score. I was 18 when I got a sim only, one month contract. I ended up leaving and for some reason my final bill was not paid.  I realised this a few years later when, my credit score became important, and noticed I had an unpaid bill, which I paid immediately however I’m still having issues with the account even though I haven’t been with you for years and paying it off.

Payment taken twice again.

I have a direct debit with ID mobile. Payment was recieved 03/04/21. 5 days later they tried to take a further £30.99. I spoke to an agent, they could apparently only see one payment on the system. I had saved £10 to get to work, as I didn't get paid until the following day. Well that was a silly idea considering I'm with ID mobile. Not only are you trying to take money I do not owe you, but I also missed a day at work. So all in all I'm about -£105.99 in the red. Yeah thanks for that, really appreciate it. I can't wait until my contract ends. And don't respond to this with a 'We are really sorry to hear this' message, because it won't wash with me. Your not sorry, it doesn't affect you, and you simply say it because that's what's in the script. I have been loyal to ID and paid every month without fail, and this is how you treat your customers. Ridiculous, honestly it's beyond a joke. Your customer service is an absolute joke as well. If I had the money I'd terminate the contract immed

Mobile network not available for voice calls

I am getting the error message: Mobile network not available for voice calls. I have not changed any settings or anything elseon my phone. My partner has the same model of phone and the same contract, and he is able to make calls OK.

SIM did not show up

Hi, I recently bought a £7/month contract in early February 2021.However, the SIM did not (and still has not) arrived so I cancelled my Direct Debit. I am now being asked to pay for the first two months of a SIM I have never even seen let alone used.I have tried getting into my account but I have forgotten my password it is asking for the phone number you assigned to my account to reset the password. Clearly I do not know that either because I never received it (I assume it comes with the SIM). This message is sent from a new account.Please let me knowa) how to pay the outstanding sumb) How I can cancel my account to stop incurring finesKind regards,Daniel

Data allowance and usage

I have a plan giving me 1GB data, which is generally fine, sometimes 1.3GB or 1.2GB but I had a 4GB add on to deal with the slight monthly increase.  However, my latest bill showed 5.55GB usage.  I don’t stream videos and only occasionally listen to the radio, so have no idea why the sudden increase. I went through my apps and turned of background data usage on every app.New month new allowance 1GB plus a new 12 month data add on of 8GB for emergencies.Having just checked via my phone settings data usage from 1 Jan to 6th Jan usage = 24.34MB.However, data usage on my dashboard at idmobile website says I have used 4GB.How can this be in only 6 days?  Something is not correct.

Sim plan upgraded through app to new phone contract, now I have two accounts!

I have recently upgraded , through the app, from a monthly sim only deal to a 24m new phone & plan.I wanted to retain the original number but I have been sent a new phone number & account number with the new phone.I don’t want to be paying for both plans, just the new phone contract with the old phone number. Do I need to cancel the old sim plan and get the number transferred? - If so how do I go about it since it is impossible to get hold of anybody human to talk to. Thanks.

activating sim

I have upgraded my ID contract and am moving my o2 number over to this contract. My old sim on ID has been lost and the new one needs activating however without the old SIM card I cannot get my security code to setup an account to activate it because the email option doesn’t allow me to enter an email on a phone, iPad or computer. I need to get my security code but don’t have the means to get it and I have already sent my PAC code off so I need to do it quick.

Phone is 4g mobile data wont even reach LTE most of the time

So I have been using id mobile for over a year and I used to have a really old phone which would go up to LTE. I was ok with that until I upgraded my phone to a Samsung A51 which is 4G. When i turn on my mobile data it goes to LTE. Most of the time it doesnt reach LTE and goes to H+. I tried to go into the data settings and change it to 4g only or 3g/4g(its on automatic)) So when i change it to anything that isnt automatic my data just doesnt turn on. My main problem is that i dont have anything higher than LTE and my data is extremelly slow on H+ signal. its rare for me to even hit LTE. I live in l26 1TR.  Please help as I really rely on my data and i need it to be as fast as possible.

New account - cannot reset password as phone not yet registered - Cancellation

Hello, I have tried to reset my account details to activate the new SIM, but it does not allow me to reset without an existing number. I have a SIM only deal and the new number is not recognised I’m just trying to start using your service, but am frustrated at how difficult this is proving to be even before I’ve started. Can you help, or should I consider cancelling and going to a different provider? Thanks

Lost Phone, forgotten ID phone number

I purchased an ID sim but lost my phone a week later,  I have no idea what the number was (and I am unable to access the number) meaning I can call or ask for help as its always required.I need to know my old number to be able to cancel that and activate my new SIM, how do I get some help???

call interrupted half way through call

I was just in the phone with my mum who I call often and I was suddenly cut off and a message said: “This call is not authorised from this number” or something like that. I tried to call her back on her landline but it said the same thing. It’s never happened before - Is there something we can do to prevent it happening again?  thanks, Amy

Keep number from SIM only to Pay Monthly

I've got an IDMobile SIM with my number that I've had forever on it. On a month to month SIM only deal. I've just had to take out a pay monthly plan with a supplied phone due to the old phone breaking. This new plan and phone are also with ID. Is there any simple way of getting my old number onto the new phone/plan?

Hi, I cannot get any access to the network. It say emergency calls only and I can’t call out or even receive calls from anyone. Please advise as this is causing me problems.  Thanks Carol

No signal for the past 2 weeks

Hi  I have had an issue for the past 2 weeks with having no signal. When people phone me it rings out but I am getting no notifications of a missed call, so have no idea the call has happened. I'm also having issues with outgoing calls. I would appreciate some help with this ASAP as I have missed important work and personal calls due to this.  Thanks
