Final bill in credit

My final bill for May was in credit and I have not yet received this. Not sure why you can’t just refund automatically via direct debit? I have also been notified by my bank that the direct debit is still active and is due to be taken in June for a contract that has now ended. Please can you advise when my refund will be processed and the DD cancelled?

Coverage tracker completely inaccurate

I got my phone just over a week ago and checked the coverage in my postcode, both in store and at home. They both rate 4G as “Very Good”. However, when I phoned you as I could not make or receive a call, even using WIFI calling, your colleague informed me that there is no 4G in my area and I would have to drop to 3G. How come they know this but your coverage checker does not? Even with 3G and WIFI calling, I am struggling to make an recieve calls so will have to return the phone and sim within your 14 day moneyback arrangement. Very disappointed and feel that I have been totally mislead by you at point of sale. I did buy at Carphone Warehouse but they were using your checker and information so it is not their fault, it is clearly ID’s.

Trouble with calls

Hi there, Whenever I make or receive phone calls, my end of the line always cuts out and results in a difficult call. I have no problem hearing other people, but they have a huge issue hearing me at times. I have tried varying the places in which I call (ensuring I have 4 bars of signal), however it still does not help. I have taken my IPhone to Apple to check if there is an issue with my phone, and there is not - as the voice memo app records perfectly. I’ve recently switched from EE to iD, and previously all conversations played out perfectly. Is there any way to resolve my issue? I have a phone interview tomorrow and desperately need to get this sorted!

why has my data allowance been cut in half?

I had to re register in the new app today and now my data allowance has been cut in half, I originally had 120GB which has now dropped to 60GB without any warning. This is very poor. Also my 4G coverage keeps going in and out for the past 2 days.

very slow mobile internet in east hunsbury, northampton

My mobile data has been agonizingly slow for about 4 or 5 days. Less than half a Mb. Is there knowledge of this problem and will it be fixed? Can someone advise me please? Definitely not my phone as i have 3 computers and an ipad. They are all slow.

ID blacklisted my phone

my handset was temporarily lost so I called the number to block the sim. For some reason they blacklisted the phone as well, but I never wanted that. Now the sim is unblocked but the phone still wont work. One of the chat agents yesterday said he would un blacklist it and it would take an hour. A day later it’s still blacklisted. What can I do now? My phone has been bricked.

No connection

Hi, I have absolutely no network connection and I haven't for some time now. I also can't access the app. I've received no communication about this so I wasn't even aware my network was down so have missed important calls and text whilst away from WiFi. I assume you'll be issuing a refund for the time that the network has been down? Especially since you haven't even informed customers of the issues and your website states the issue has been fixed? Thanks

Billing Error for Data Allowance

Hi. This post is intended as a request for assistance from a member of iD Mobile staff. I have a SIM-Only plan on iD which I obtained from a retailer via a cashback deal. To get the cashback, every so often I must submit a copy of my iD Mobile bill, the details of which need to match those which the retailer holds on file. The issue I have is that my latest (January 2024) bill has an error on it, which is likely to mean my cashback claim will be rejected by the retailer. My plan includes unlimited minutes, unlimited texts, and unlimited data. The first three bills I received for this plan (October 2023, November 2023, and December 2023) all showed these allowances correctly. However, on my January 2024 bill the minutes and texts allowances both show as unlimited, but my data allowance is shown as zero MB! There has been no change to my plan; my iD Dashboard still shows an unlimited data allowance, and I am still able to use data via the associated SIM. I am asking if it can be arranged

My old phone number hasnt been transfered, I sent my PAC code and my account started on 20/12/23

I recently bought a new handset and sim card package and received both on 22/12/23.I included my PAC code details (VUK713106) when I placed my order online.My IDMobile account number is 13426250I have tried to change my phone number via my account page but have been unsuccessful as I have never received a transaction number.Can you help please?

Why aren’t I offered any Apple phones when upgrading?

I currently have a sim-only plan but am considering a new handset. I am eligible for upgrade but I am not offered any Apple handsets, only a limited selection of other brands.Why is this? And how can I get an iPhone via this account?

old number not ported over

I joined id and requested my old number be ported over, sent id the pac code and chose 07/08/23 as the transfer date. When I call anyone it is the new number showing not the old one. Any help appreciated as I am expecting calls and they cant get through

PAC code not transferred on date

I provided my PAC code for my number to be transferred 22/07/23. As this was a Saturday I had a message saying it would be transferred today, Monday 24th. Its now 21.05hrs and the number still hasn't been transferred and I am now paying for 2 separate contracts. When will this be sorted?

Pixel 7 camera glass issue - Google say my phone was blight in Italy?!

(Typo on title should say Bought' . No option to correct it) Like hundred of other Google pixel owners I found my camera glass randomly shattered after 3 months of owning it. They said they would investigate it, but when trying to raise the case, said they could not as my phone was purchased in Italy. In a separate thread, I see another ID customer's warranty was rejected because ID Mobile is not an authorized dealer .I bought it at Carphone warehouse in the UK. Why is my manufacturets warranty not being honoured, ID mobile?
