Hi, I have absolutely no network connection and I haven't for some time now. I also can't access the app. I've received no communication about this so I wasn't even aware my network was down so have missed important calls and text whilst away from WiFi. I assume you'll be issuing a refund for the time that the network has been down? Especially since you haven't even informed customers of the issues and your website states the issue has been fixed?
