why has my data allowance been cut in half?


I had to re register in the new app today and now my data allowance has been cut in half, I originally had 120GB which has now dropped to 60GB without any warning. This is very poor. 
 

Also my 4G coverage keeps going in and out for the past 2 days.

If you have already registered the app should be working for you now.

Can you please log out and log back in?

The team are aware and working on some issues with how data allowances appear in the app, the app may be incorrect.

 

Have you changed plan or upgraded recently? This would reset your rollover data.
