no mobile data

I've had no mobile data for nearly a week 

Any ideas why? Tried all of the normal suggestions of what to do to resolve it. No luck 😤

Sorry to hear about the coverage issues you are experiencing.

If the issue is everywhere you go we would advise trying the SIM in a different handset or a new SIM.

It seems there's a bit of this going on at the moment 🙁

Thanks Kev. I'll try the free phone number.

Its telling me there's no issues in my post code area at home.

I'm currently in Greece and still without mobile data which is a pain

Have you turned on roaming on your phone, and on your iD mobile account online?

Yes checked that. Also tried turning off then on again. Still no resolution.

I'm in the process of changing provider. Fed up with the situation
