Urgent Assistance Required: Account Setup Issue with Transferred Number

I have just attempted to switch to ID today, transferring my existing phone number via a PAC code. Upon attempting to set up my account, I've realized that the account has been incorrectly associated with a different phone number instead of the one I transferred using the PAC code. Consequently, I am unable to receive the security code sent via text message.Given the above, I am unable to access my account, and, more importantly, I am not receiving any service on my transferred number. I kindly request your immediate assistance to rectify this issue. Specifically, I need the account to be correctly associated with my transferred phone number so that I can receive the necessary security code and complete my account setup.Please advise on the steps I need to take or provide an update once the issue has been resolved. If additional information is required from my end.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your swift response and a resolution to this issue.

getting the error “your service does not allow access to this number”

Hello,in the past 2 days I can’t call my mom who lives outside the UK. Every time I call her it just says “your service does not allow access to this number” and the call gets immediately terminated after. I’ve never had this issue before. I checked and can see that I still have £75 worth of extra usage limit left on my account.what is causing this issues and is there something that I can do to solve it? Thanks! Arian

Transfer SIM to New Phone Now or Later

I am replacing a Moto G6 with a G54 and both use a nano SIM. I haven’t finished creating accounts on the new phone yet so I was wondering if there’s any reason why I should hold off transferring the SIM?

My SIM wont activate

I signed up to pay monthly with iD Mobile, I requested to keep my old phone number. I put my SIM card in however it kept coming up saying no SIM, went to Currys to get a new SIM now this one says no service. I am unable to activate my SIM  and i am in desperate need of my phone. Please help

Transfer Number

My old Provider told me my number has been disconnected Today 1-03-24 .  I Like to know, How long dose it take to transfer on to iD network. Its been 5hours since disconnection. Any help much appreciated.

If I order a new phone from ID can my contract start when my current contract finishes on the 15/03/24. As if I switch now I will have to pay a cancellation fee. Of should I only request a new phone after my current contact finishes.Thanks in advance

Hi I've signed up with a sim only deal and asked for my old number to port across today.  New SIM in phone - great! Trying to register on app but I'm being asked to provide a security code,  which I don't have.  I've requested one which has been sent to my phone by text.  But I'm not receiving the text cos the phone isn't registered to the network - either the original number or my old number.Help!🤷‍♀️

unacceptable network coverage

Impossible to use ID Mobile with navigation apps as coverage in UK is so patchy. When compared to my previous contracts with O2 and EE coverage is unreliable, may need to break contract and leave

No Entry?

No matter what I do I cannott get into my account. I have tried the ‘password’ change to the letter about 10 times over the last day and got nowhere. It accepts all my key strokes and I get the message “password succesfully changed” but no matter what I type into the login screen I get “Oops’ that isn’t quite right - try again” and I get locked out. Getting into this forum worked fine but the account no way! WHY?

what am i supposed to do

So I tried getting a new sim only contract for a new phone, the provided tariff I got wasn’t accepted but by id mobile I was accepted for another one which I went ahead with, I made sure I got phone insurance and I’m abit confused i got the tariff though carphone warehouse (curry’s now I believe) and the phone contract went through vodaphone so how does this come through id mobile as they was the ones who sent me the phone through Vodafone, I’ve lost my phone and no u need to make a claim to get another phone but I can’t because u don’t know where to start can anybody help

Unable to register my account

I have moved over to ID over seven days ago.When I try to register my account I am receiving  “number not recognised”  I had an initial problem with the temporary number I was given. Although my number was eventually ported over successfully I have a feeling that somehow this number has not been recorded. Any idea how this can be rectified

Turkey charges

keeping old number

Hi I sent my PAC couple of days  before my actual SIM card arrived and when I inserted it today my number has not changed? It’s the new one from ID and I really want my old one ? Can I resend the PAC or how does it work like I just want my old phone number 😭
