what am i supposed to do

So I tried getting a new sim only contract for a new phone, the provided tariff I got wasn’t accepted but by id mobile I was accepted for another one which I went ahead with, I made sure I got phone insurance and I’m abit confused

 

i got the tariff though carphone warehouse (curry’s now I believe) and the phone contract went through vodaphone so how does this come through id mobile as they was the ones who sent me the phone through Vodafone, I’ve lost my phone and no u need to make a claim to get another phone but I can’t because u don’t know where to start

 

can anybody help

Okay @Liam Davies, perhaps the best option is speak to Carphone Warehouse customer service, as they sold you the contract (handset + line rental), and you mentioned insurance, which iD Mobile do not sell.

We would advise contacting Carphone Warehouse if you purchased insurance through them.
