Adult Content Filtering still active even though deactivated in iD app/dashboard

Trying to access certain websites, including innocuous ones like archive.org, is blocked for me despite →Using Chrome to access such sites sends me to https://www.three.co.uk/support/internet-and-apps/accessing-and-blocking-adult-content. So, how does one get around this? Edit: 1) I should note, this is as of this afternoon; I’ve been with iD for three years and this is the first time I’ve had this problem. 2) This is while using 4G, not any other kind of networking like a home Wi-Fi network or whatnot.

How long for my new number to get transferred?

I have moved over from another provider and inputted a PAC code into my application for a new sim only plan. but i have been given a different phone number via email and when the SIM was inserted into the phone my old number is not been moved over. Is there a waiting time for the number to get transferrer? Or has there been an error in moving my old number over? Thanks

upgrade issue

Hi I tried to upgrade my phone this morning to Samsung 24 with double memory and a galaxy watch. I could not get my trade in phone page to work. It would not find my old phone. I had a three hour drive home from work and have logged on to try again. Please can someone contact me as I can't find the deal with the watch. It’s been over a week now I got my new phone and my phone number has not been transferred. I used a PAC code and it was working for a day or so but now it’s reverted back to the temporary number?I had the text confirmation that it had switched but it hasn’t?Please can someone help me

no confirmation and order number doesnt work

I ordered an iPhone 15 with a 2 year contract on the 23rd January and did not have money taken out of my bank or a confirmation email sent to me. However I was told the order went through and was given and order number. This order number does not track anything and is said to not exist can some please help me. Did my order not go through or is there something wrong?

upgrade.

Good evening .I've just upgraded my contract from a rolling 1 month sim card deal to getting the new s24 plus on a 2 year contract. This was done last night. 22/01/24. My phone hasn't even arrived yet and already my billing has been changed to start paying for it from the time it was ordered. Surely this is wrong and i should only start paying for it when the phone arrives. I'm confused.
