I ordered an iPhone 15 with a 2 year contract on the 23rd January and did not have money taken out of my bank or a confirmation email sent to me. However I was told the order went through and was given and order number. This order number does not track anything and is said to not exist can some please help me. Did my order not go through or is there something wrong?
