pac code not working

I'm trying to submit the form online to switch over my old number. I've inputted the details correctly, and haven't used this PAC code before. I didnt give this over at the time of purchasing the ID SIM . What do I need to do to get it to work? I keep getting the same error message that my details have been inputted wrong.I'm putting my last name in capital letters and the transaction code is correct.

cancel disconnection

HelloI’ve been trying to contact someone to cancel my disconnection request! It is nigh on impossible. Can’t do it on the app, can’t access live chat, no phone number to call!!   please advise ID mobile

I have just signed up for a sim only contract for my son. In the application I put my phone number as a contact but am just worried now that it will be my number that gets kept when I add the PAC code. My son wants to keep his number

WORST NETWORK EVER - NEED TO CANCEL

I need to cancel. For the past 3 months, I don't have any signal or network at my home address. At work people can't hear me properly on the phone. I've messaged non stop to ID mobile on Facebook and live chat and they say somone will contact me back. No one has. When I message to ask what's going on. They just ask me what's the problem and then ask for proof of identity randomly. Then get told somone will contact me in 48 hours. After that no reply. I message again, get the same reply. I need to cancel without paying any fees! This is not holding up their end of the contact.

final bill

I cancelled my IDMOBILE sim after about 18 hours without even making a single call or sending a text, I had not even ported my number yet as after being dumped at 6pm I was contacted and subsequently ignored the next day for about another 5 hours whilst still setting up!!!I had a email 3 days before the sim even arrived saying my account was active???how is that even legal???why have I been billed £2.47 for a service I never used???

new sim only plan

I’m looking for a 2nd sim only plan, if I go through my account I can get 25gb for £7 per month as an exclusive deal for existing customers. If I go to the ID mobile website new customers get 30gb for £7. Both on 24 month contracts, by exclusive deal, do ID mean poorer deal?

new sim card cannot be seen by phone

My mother purchased a new contract from you the other. The SIM card provided cannot be seen by the phone at all still says no SIM in the top corner. I also have a id mobile so have put it in my phone and same problem the phone cannot see. It she had got another id mobile SIM card how does she transfer her contract number to the new ID SIM card when it hasn't been activated yet is this possible???

Chat bot/person not working

I am coming to the end of my contracts with iD but there does not  seem to be details of my second account on mine. Chat bot/person is not loading so I cannot speak to them through their own channels. What would be the best way to proceed?

New Phone No Connection

I have received a new iPhone 15 with no sim, I was on EE . I have set up phone but have no network connection, I have tried my old EE sim but that doesn’t work. I tried to set up an ESIM but it says my old one is not compatible. Please help, should ID have sent me a new sim with the phone?

URGENT: My ported number has been down for multiple days and not on my account!

Hi,I have missed multiple important calls and messages now. A few have the sense to email me but many don’t. I really need this number i have had it for years and everything is linked to it. Support just keep telling me to “wait”. But i’m concerned because the number was taken from my old provider and is NOT even showing on my account after multiple days! If it was showing on my account at least i could see it was linked to me. Instead of telling me “wait it’s with the tech team” please tell me why it’s not on my account and why you are having an issue. Or give me some real progress update so i can see it’s going to get solved and i don’t feel lost.

Endless problems with 4G and ID

Since the service disruption last week I've had nothing but issues with 4G and general connectivity. For example I've literally just now had to buy an hour's WiFi access with EE because my id mobile SIM card has failed again and I'm nowhere near home to use WiFi.It starts off whereby I get the exclamation mark by my signal, then when I try to reconnect by turning the SIM off and on everything goes. I have to physically remove the SIM and reinsert it. Is this a dodgy SIM or is this ID mobile? Thanks for any advice

Annoying text notifications

Every time I send an SMS to abroads (not IN abroads), I get a notification text from ID that it costs extra. Ok, I get it, it costs extra, enough already!Is there any way to stop these? I tried customer service chat but they just said that they can’t do anything, sorry about that. I didn’t find anything in the account settings that looks like it should work.

Hi I received my phone and sim and entered the pac code before ordering the phone  however the number hasn't moved  I have not recieved a welcome email yet to get a transaction number so that I can move my number when am I likely to receive this

How do I know if my handset is payed off (i.e., I own the phone)?

I am uncertain as to when I took out my pay monthly ID contract which for £38 per month, however it came with unlimited minutes, unlimited data, and a Google pixel 7 pro. I am unsure if I have payed off this handset and if I own the phone. Can you advise how I would find out this information?

Cannot make calls

What is going on with ID? Every time i dial a number it cuts off after a few seconds. Every week there is a problem with this network where I cannot either make or receive calls. It is unacceptable and becoming impossible to conduct a business using my ID phone account.

Hi I’ve been trying for 2 days now to enter my pac code and the other details, it’s telling me there is an issue with the information I have submitted.  I didn’t set up to switch when I applied for id mobile, I’ve done everything correct!
