Welcome Email Not Received

Hi I received my phone and sim and entered the pac code before ordering the phone  however the number hasn't moved  I have not recieved a welcome email yet to get a transaction number so that I can move my number when am I likely to receive this

Hey there Poppy, we’re really sorry to hear that you haven’t received your welcome email yet.

 

Firstly, may I ask if you ordered via ID Mobile online? Or did you order via Carphone Warehouse/Currys/Mobiles.co.uk? The reason I ask, is this seems to be a common issue when customers order from one of our third parties, and we can only apologise for that.

 

However, the good news is that we can easily get that code for you if you still need it, so please let us know if you do, and we can pop you a PM.

I got my iD welcome email 1-month after receiving my order items, after using the iD Mobile website to place my order, @Poppy Spence

My transaction number was on the paper invoice I received with my order items.
