Hi I've signed up with a sim only deal and asked for my old number to port across today.  New SIM in phone - great! Trying to register on app but I'm being asked to provide a security code,  which I don't have.  I've requested one which has been sent to my phone by text.  But I'm not receiving the text cos the phone isn't registered to the network - either the original number or my old number.

Help!🤷‍♀️

You need to be patient and wait until the port completes and then tomorrow proceed to register for an online account.
