getting the error “your service does not allow access to this number”


Hello,

in the past 2 days I can’t call my mom who lives outside the UK. Every time I call her it just says “your service does not allow access to this number” and the call gets immediately terminated after. I’ve never had this issue before. I checked and can see that I still have £75 worth of extra usage limit left on my account.

what is causing this issues and is there something that I can do to solve it?

It would appear this issue is back from your post. 

Try contacting an agent on the Live Chat during hours 8am to 8pm. In the message box type Speak to a person.

Just to confirm you are entering the dialing code correctly?

Are you able to call a different number in the country that she is in?
