number not recognised

I transferred my old number to an ID seal but the coverage wasn’t great so cancelled within cooling off period. I have now received a text saying my first bill is over £1000, I can’t make any outgoing calls but seem to be able to receive them and use the internet and have just ordered a new deal with 3 who are saying the PAC code doesn’t work. I cannot speak to a real person on ID customer services and an now left without a line for my business

Is there a phone helpline?

Hi, I’m trying and failing to log into my account to cancel two plans I no longer use. However, the log-in page does not recognise my email address, even though ID emails me every month. Is there someone I can speak to via a call centre to resolve this?

I need help upgrading

All day every day getting fed up with I’d mobile now no phone calls for contacting customer service and  no live chat available what so ever for days  all i want to do is upgrade my phone but the upgrade needs to be done with a person because i have things that need sorting, that can’t be done on the automated system  would be nice to talk to someone that can help privately and not aired to the public

husband deceased. end contract,

I've had a letter addressed to my late husband, saying he'll be referred to a debt agency because his payments stopped.  You have no phone number, no live chat button, no email. How do I get to speak to a human being? This is making a distressing time a lot more difficult.

Coverage TQ14 8UN

I don’t have any coverage for the postcode above.I’ve checked the 3 website and it shows good coverage inside and out, but the ID Mobile website does not allow me to enter a postcode….so checked with 3Is this a temporary fault or a perminent issue.How do I find out...I’m unable to call customer services as I have no coverage.

Apostrophe Issue

My surname has an apostrophe like many, many, many other people in the UK.I was trying to solve an issue on ID Mobile Live Chat and the agent asked me to fill in a security form before proceeding. My name was not accepted because the apostrophe is classed as an illegal character. I was left high and dry as the agent refused to handle my problem without me clearing security first and I could not do this because of the apostrophe issue.It was impossible to talk to a supervisor as the agent would not let me go any further until security had been cleared. I’m not blaming the agent but I really think ID should do something about this as I can’t be the only person in the UK to have an apostrophe in their name.has this happened to anyone else? Is there any way of contacting the ID web team to rectify the problem?

I am eligible to upgrade on the 10/10/20.However my handest is completely broken beyond repair as the system has shut down. Is it possible to pay a fee to upgrade early? What are my options?

Are there network problems today?

I have been in two locations in Liverpool today (L18 and L15) and I have been unable to get any signal at all.  This hasn't happened before and now that I've got Wi-Fi access I've tried checking to see if there have been any problems reported, but can't see anything.

Android 10 problem with Samsung A10

I had 2 Galaxy A10 mobiles delivered 18-7-20.  3 days later one of these received the Android 10 update.  The other has not received any notification of this update and, when I try to update manually, it states that the this phone is up-to-date with Android 9 !  Any ideas please ?

Old number hasn't transferred over

I sent pac over three times and still don't have my old number transferred over yet, it's been over two weeks! Can you tell me what the status is, as noone has my ID mobile number and I'm missing calls!

No way to pay bill and cancel

Been paying bill for months on old contract no longer used. Unable to log in, use live chat, talk on phone as nobody there and I don’t have old number even. I cancelled my direct debit to trigger some contact and received an email with a reference number. GREAT! Still unable to make contact to cancel my outstanding balance and to cancel. Please help as it’s very frustrating paying £14.90 a month and having no way to cancel something I don’t use.   Thankyou

Using a Sim only with an existing contract

Hi I have brought a new phone and would like to use my current contracted SIM in it as the contract doesn’t run out until October.  I then want to give my current phone to my son.  As this phone has a contract on it until Oct, can I buy a ID Sim only and use this in the phone, whilst using the contracted Sim in my new phone? I can't make or receive calls or use my data but money is being taken from my account

Hello everyone,   ID mobile has been taking £30 from my account every month, but my Android phone has been showing a “No Service” notification since before lock-down and I have not had access to the internet to post a question here.   I have exhausted all the different options in the network settings of my Z5 compact I have tried to contact ID mobile but their contact centres are shut I have been paying £30 monthly I have tried Googling for the solution and did all the reset advice The problem started randomly I have tried using an iPhone but it still says “No Service” in the notification area Thanks,  I really need a phone, and I’m paying a lot of money for this.

Terrible connectivity on data/voice

Team,   I am sick of iD Mobile’s subpart coverage. From 2 cases where I had NO data or calls in Europe to the irratic signal in “Good Outdoor/Indoor” coverage areas. Your technical assistance only wasted my time and contradicted itself several times in the 2 instances.   You are flat out the worst network I have been on. The amount of grief I have gotten from bad signal or no data exactly when I needed it defies belief.   Sort it out!

number transfer

Hello, I have an old Samsung phone that is now out of (Vodafone) contract. I would like to bring across the number from this phone to a newer Samsung phone (ID mobile) that was previously used by my husband, however this phone is half way through its 2 year contract. Is it possible to do this as I believe usually numbers are brought across at the end/start of contracts ? Also, can a switch be done between the phones to bring across pictures, contacts etc - whilst i know its feasible between two Samsung phones when starting a new contract, I’m not clear if this is feasible in this situation. Can anyone confirm ? If it is possible to bring the new number across, how can we get ID mobile to do this in the current climate ??

Move number internally

I lost my phone and sim Reported to ID via portal so got cancelled I guess? They didn't send a replacement Sim.  Ordered a new ID Sim to use in temp phone until new phone came.  Now I have two contracts, the original on the number I want to keep using but on a worse deal with no Sim replacement, and the new number, better deal currently with an actual Sim. I want to either move my original number from the original deal to this new account/deal and cancel the original deal.  Or Get a replacement Sim card for the number I want t to keep, upgrade that deal and cancel the new contract.  I can't seem to find a way to do any of the above though via the portal 😭 essentially I'm paying money just to hold my original number until someone in support can help me!    Any ideas?

help activating replacement sim card and help logging into my account

  I have a replacement SIM card to activate but I forgot my id login password and the system sends a code to my mobile which is not obtainable as I have not activated my sim!  I also need help activating my SIM card as i am paying monthly for a SIM card that is not even working so I am very frustrated and in need of help !!

Old number transfer

I have recently transferred to ID from 02 I asked my old number to be transferred which has been done, but when I text, it comes up it’s from my new ID number, which I don’t want. With the virus no one is in the call centre to answer and I really need this fixed. What can I do?
