can’t register as id phone number not recognised

Received my new SIM card and email with invoice showing my ID number. But when I try to register on the app, it says the number is not recognised. And if I put the sim in my phone, there is no service like it’s not been activated.

out of hours contact

Hi i would like to cancel my SIMo contract, but the only way it seems is by contacting live chat. Live chat has to be within fixed hours, otherwise it is only a robot. I cannot cancel through my account because i am returning within 14 days hence it is not a 'cancellation' in ID terminology.  How can i contact ID out of hours to process my returns. It is mind boggling that a company like this doesnt have an email address. Thanks.

Number Transfer Gone Wrong

I requested my number be transferred from EE to ID this week using my PAC code. It was due to transfer on Thursday and my old sim went dead as expected. However my new sim is still using the number ID gave me 2 days on. I have tried restarting my phone (Google Pixel 7 Pro) and still the same. I have tried contacting ID and they say they are unsure why it hasn’t transferred and are looking into it. Its a real pain as nobody can get hold of me. Does anyone have experience of this or have any suggestions?

Hi, my FB account was locked and when I'm trying to unlock i can't upload my ID photo for Identity verification..... Every time it says " we're having some technical errors, please try upload your photo again "What shall i do now or how can  i contact them

tranfer old number to ID mobile Sim

I have been with ID mobile for a few months. I would like to port my vodafone number to this sim now that the contract has ended. I have input all requested information but I keep being told that the information is incorrect. I have checked the Pac number supplied by Vodafone. Ease can somebody help with the transaction number. I have used the 9 digit number on the Order Complete email.

charged for a month and a half

I have just opened my bill for this month and it is £19 - my plan is £12. I see I have been charged from 1st October - 17th November. Why am I paying more when it should be monthly? Also, my scheduled payment for December is still £12, so I am not paying any less as I’ve paid for November this month?

I currently have a monthly rolling 1 month with iD however want a new phone and want to move to a 24 month contract. I want to keep my existing number, how do I get new contract and keep my existing iD number?

roaming in the eu

I know iDMobile has international roaming, I've found the list of countries however I'm going to Crete in a month and I was wondering if this would included under Greece (as it is a Greek island) or if it would be listed separately. Greece is on the list but Crete isn't. Anyone know anything that could help me?I've tried the help pages and the chat bot but there is no clarification. Help please lol

Change to a lower plan after contract ends

My plan ends mid of next month. I want to automatically switch over to a lower charge plan. Can i set my preferences now. I know that I can change plan after my contract ends, but this always incur additional charges. I want to avoid extra charges this time around.

I need help to report identify fraud

I have received a letter from ID Mobile titled ‘Final Demand Notice’ asking for payment for a phone contract that I have not taken out. I have reported this to Action Fraud however would like to confirm the fraud with ID Mobile to ensure that I do not receive any further payment notices.

no network connection

Hi, had my new sim which did not connect so cs advised to get a new one.2nd sim is not working either. Contacted cs 5 times and all of them saying 'just activated your card, give it 1 hour'. Still not able to call/text etc.Is there a tech support team I can contact?

being charged for a sim that I never received

Hello, a few months back, I purchased a sim only plan but after waiting a few months for the sim to arrive, it never did. After being charged £7 per month, I decided to cut my losses and move to another provider so I cancelled the direct debit to ID mobile with my bank. However, because the sim never arrived, I was not able to set up an account as my number was not linked to the sim so how do I cancel my plan with ID mobile while having proof of the plan but without having an account??
