No Service on either new sim or old

activated sim on new handset contract yesterday and was told by message i would get a text to say activation complete. its now 25 hours since that message and i’ve had no service on either old or new sim all day (old one was with id mobile too). have tried everything mentioned - coverage is fine and cleaning sim doesn’t seem to make any difference. ive switched off and on too. what else can i do? will the text come through with no service? I don’t want to leave the house so I cant be contacted

I just can't get started with my first ID PAYG deal

I inserted my new sim card in an existing mobile but the front page said NO SIM. The signal around here is good and the phone concerned has been using an ID nano sim for the last 3 years. I rang Carphone Warehouse who told me that it would take 24 to 48 hours for the phone to be connected. There was no mention of this on the very simple leaflet. Then I went on to the ID Chatbot who eventually told me that I had to top up the account before the phone would be connected. However, I have to register first and that is the only way I can buy top up. BUT you can’t register without a phone number -and of course I haven’t got one yet. These mixed messages are no help to a novice. Any help out there would be just great.

Hi, I have just taken out a new contract with ID mobile and I am am wondering if it is possible to keep my Current number With my current ID mobile sim? I am planning to cancel my current contract early when my new ID phone and sim arrive.

Samsung S20 Advice

Hi, my contract is almost up and I have been looking around for the best deal. I am interested in the Samsung galaxy S20 5G and don't want to pay more then £30 a month. Can anyone tell me what ID mobile is like? I understand they use Vodafone network. I also wanted to know the difference between the Samsung galaxy s20 5g and the Samsung galaxy s20 FE? Thanks Chris

DATA AND MINUTES NOT WORKING

Since changing my plan to a rollover for one month, I have not been able to switch on my mobile data or make any calls despite having enough data and minutes. I have had a message that says my sim card is active and can now use my data, texts and minutes but none of these workplease help!!!

Hi,I had a new phone and sim yesterday, registered the sim and it worked with good signal for about 5 minutes. After restarting the phone after updates it now has no signal and says’ sim not provisioned’i just tried the online chat, but it’s useless automated answer so was of no use whatsoever.I have good coverage, as my other phone is on three, which is why I chose ID. Can anyone help? Are there any real people to talk to at ID or not?

Wifi calling not working

I recently changed over to IDmobile. My phone connects to wifi calling fine and shows in the left hand top corner but when I try to make a phone call it says “Sorry you’ve not been given access to this service” does anyone know what this means and what I can do to fix it? wifi is working fine just can’t make calls using wifi calling.

I got a new sim and move my old number to that sim, but when I try calling it says no service. I've tried taking my sim out and putting it back in but that hasn't worked. I've also tried going into my network settings.
