i have a an iphone se it was bought through ID i have just tried to use it with giff gaff and it wont allow this

it was my wifes old phone  i am getting the message sim not supported  this iphone is from a network provider that is not supported under the activation policy  im thinking the phone is locked to ID  can i have the unlock information please

Victim of Fraud

I am not an ID mobile customer but I am still sorting fraud regarding received letters and multiple accounts that has been set up in my name. I have recently been a victim of identity theft and have had lots of mobile phone contracts set up using my details with various providers. I need this sorted ASAP. This has been going on FOR 5 years.  How do I go about reporting this and get the account closed? I spoke with the IDMobile chat but need a quicker resolution. \REMOVEDThanks

Can't ever access Live Chat

As reported in another thread here (no answers yet) I’m having trouble getting a new idMobile SIM to work.  I cannot find its number (which is needed to do almost anything on the app or the web site) and it doesn’t have any credit (which it should do) so I can’t call out in order to find its number. I have been trying to get into Live Chat ever since yesterday but the Live Chat button simply does nothing at all.  I’ve tried on the phone, in Firefox on two different computers and with Epiphany (Gnome Linux’ own browser) and it’s the same everywhere, a totally unresponsive button. This isn’t a good start with idMobile!How else can I get a response to my not working SIM problem?  (it does ‘work’ in that I can contact 7777 and 0800 numbers, just no credit and I don’t know the number!).

financial problems

Hello my father in law has passed away overseas and my husband has had to fly over there to organise the funeral and burial. Due to covid restrictions in this country he will not be back for 1 month therefore I am expreriencing financial hardship due to having no help with childcare so I can go to work. Would it be possible to pay my balance next month? transferring old number between 2 id sim cards

HiI’ve just come to the end of my contract with ID and I’ve bought a new mobile phone and pay monthly ID sim. Is it possible to transfer the old number over to the new sim?  If not would it be possible to keep the old sim, end the contract and move over to pay monthly?  Would the old sim still be up to speed for 5g?      Thanks

Doro 7060 network issues

My dad's Doro 7060 on id mobile suddenly lost connection today - we've been with id mobile for 2 years with no issues, the phone was working this morning and now has no network connection.  We've tried searching in the phone settings to reconnect but it hasn't worked.  Customer service were very unhelpful and I don't stay nearby to be able to look at the phone myself- any suggestions? It just seems strange that it worked fine earlier in the day. Thank you!

Cancelling sim

I am yet another person trying to cancel my sim only. Given there are hundreds of other fustrated posts, it is remarkable that this cheap sales ploy still continues. Provide a drop down menu to allow customers to cancel or forfeit a respect which recognises company transparency.

I am getting the following message when I try to compete the pac code details We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again. Ive sent a couple of requests for a be new pac code but same issue. Any help would be appreciated

fraud account set up in my name

Hi, I have recieved an e mail requesting payment of a bill but I do not use ID mobile. I have checked my credit report and there is evidence an account has been set up in my name. It had also negatively impacted my credit score. I need this rectified immediately please!!!!

sim card never arrived

my sim card hasn't been working for a while so I was told that a new sim was going to be sent out to me. it has been 5 business days since and I haven't received my sim card, and when trying the live chat and ringing the number, I was hung up on or not replied to.

had my phone for a week and the phone is not working

My phone says no sim. I had two customer service agent saying that sim has been activated and today I went into carphone warehouse and was told my sim would be activated within a hour. Two hours have now passed and the phone is still not working. I really don’t want to start paying for a phone that is not working.

Fraudulent account set up with my name and address

Fraud account in my name

Hey, does anyone have a contact number for the Fraud team. Over 2 years ago I had a mobile phone taken out fraudulently in my name. After 2 years of being fobbed off by people, and told they had referred it, I have still had no word.  I am now trying to buy a house and it is affecting my credit record. Cheers CBAAA
