What is my ID mobile number?

Hi.I received a letter asking me to sort my bill out. I've tried to log in and view my standing on the whole account but have failed because I don’t know my mobile number.The letter I received in the post is asking for issue to be sorted in 7 days. There's an account number on this letter. This number has been of no help so far.The chats are also requesting for a mobile number for me to chat.Any help regarding this is appreciated.

Error Process with Pac Code

Trying to move my old number across to ID but I keep getting an error message when entering the pac code details im also not receiving the security code to set up the app so I can’t try it through there eitherCan anybody help?

pay as you go bundle showing as active on account with expiry date but still can't make calls

Despite having active bundle on account with unlimited minutes/texts (activated 4 days ago), when ttempting to make a call - network tells me i have no credit/allowance and need to top up.

iMessage

I recently ported my number from a different provide to iD mobile.In I Message iam unable to connect my number, the circle just goes around and around and will only connect to my apple ID email.I have tried turning I message on and off, logging out my apple id and even reset my network, but nothing seems to work.Any ideas.

Help please, i need to pay a bill thats outstanding to avoid a default but have no acces to my account or id phone number and have been trying for 2 days to speak to someone so i can pay it!!

Had a direct debit still coming out from an old contract and had no way of contacting id to cancel it so was forced to cancel the direct debit, I now want to pay the outstanding amount on my account but cannot even do that without my account/number and can't get through to any humans to help me! I got the letter 3 days ago and don't want a Default on my account over £15!!!!

How can i find my number for an old sim only account?

I have a sim only ID account, the sim is for a car data connection so never needed to know the number, my new car requires a new sim and want to transfer the sim, to do so i need to register on the app for which i need to know the mobile number, what is the best way to find the number? it is not posisble to remove the sim from the old car, would it be better to cancel the account and start again? in which case how do i do this without the number.PS, your website needs a way to email questions directly and not just for complaints. some eople need genuine help….

Cancelled direct debit

Is anyone from ID going to answer any of the issues that people have with account , log in etc , all the same , emails stating unpaid direct debits and service will be terminated , anyone out there ffrom ID who can respond ???

Myself, my husband and father cannot login to our accounts, the app keeps saying insecure network or cannot connect to network. On website says password incorrect. Is anyone else having any problems checking their account.Thanks

Who has received iPhone 13 pre orders?

HelloPlaced a pre order for iPhone 13 Pro Max on 17th September, only had the order email and an update email to say expected shortly.  Money taken from bank.  Chat service on Friday could not tell me a date or any further details just to launch another chat session this week.  Is there anywhere else we can check for status updates on orders, not ordered a phone before from iD, so forgive me if I need to check elsewhere!Is it stock shortages generally or have some people got theirs?  Apple website has some long lead times now so wondering if this will be the same for iD?Thanks Tom.

Problem with final bill

I have recently left and received an email with my final bill. The email says I owe £4.61. The actual bills on my account are clear I owe 39 pence - I used only one day of the new month before the PAC transferred. How do I resolve this and pay what I actually owe? Thank you

Hi I have had my mobile for 3 years now and and illegible for an upgrade. If i see a phone and plan that suits me and it states that i dont need to pay anything today.  Will the monthly payment come out on my next billing as normal?Many thanks

NO SIM CARD HAS ARRIVED BUT HAVE HANDSET

We got the delivery of the handset from DPD but no SIM has arrived by Post, order was placed 19th September, and now 23rd September, advised up to 4 days, which should have meant delivery today, our post has been and still no SIM.In addition no assistance as your CALL CENTRES ARE CLOSED! and this is the only means of contactin anyone, please people customer service, we dont all like to talk to robots. I’m a face to face person, like to say hi how are you… perhaps you could review your customer service, not a good start for a new customer so far! Let me know what to do please!

bundle not appearing

Am experiencing issue with this new sim with 20£bundle, bought a unlimited internet bundle online, they instantly charged my account but it’s not been activated, there is no internet on this new sim. there is no customer service to talk to, this is the worst experience I have had with any network. Very bad service.

Item ordered now told out of stock

I ordered a galaxy s21 which was showing as in stock, then I received an email saying out of stock but being sourced. I checked online when I received that email as it said that would show the expected date of return but it was just showing as instock still. I can’t use live chat to get help as I haven’t been sent a pin yet how do I find out how long this is going to take and potentially cancel my order to get from someone with stock?

Phone out of stock and no id

Hi, I made an order yesterday for an iphone 11 and and sim deal and have since received an email to state it is out of stock. Do you know when this will be back in? Proof of purchase for insurance company

Hi, my insurance company have requested the following: “If you intend to request the information from your Network Provider, please request they email us directly with the following details: 1. Your name and address2. Make and model of the device3. Serial number (IMEI number if a mobile phone)4. Date of purchase5. Date of first usage6.
