Upgrade delay

I ordered my upgrade 3 days ago and haven’t heard anything since, now on the website it says the phone I ordered is available from the 21st of next month, does this mean I won’t get my phone until the end of next month now?

cancellation of contract due to bereavement

We had two phones, taken out in Sept.2019.both in my husband’s name but with different numbers. My husband died in April 2020 and ever since then I’ve paid monthly for both phones. Contracts end on Sept. 13.2021 and I want to cancel the contract for my husbands number, and put the contract for my phone into my name. I have tried live chat, trawling the site for info.without success. Please help me. I am 77 and lives too short!

Move number to new provider but keep contract open

I need to transfer my number to another contract but want to keep the ID contract going.  This is because ID do not support eSims and I have bought a Samsung Galaxy Watch Classic 4.  I would then transfer my wife’s number to the ID contract as she is on PAYG.

Change iD Account login username

I have read a number of responses to the above question whichh all state an iD login username cannot be changed but to me that is unacceptablly incvonvenient and frustrating being expected to use an email address that was compromised even if it is “just” a username and not used for communication. I am considering cancelling my sim.  Would I then be able to reregister the sim under a new account with the username of my choice i.e. my new clean email address and if so how would I do this please?

cant log in/ change data plan

hello, i am trying to add on more data for my plan because i run out to quickly but when i tried to redownload the id mobile app is says that my password is always incorrect or my email and if neither of those then it’s my mobile id number, now i’m not exactly sure what my number is but i have entered the only option which could be correct. i have said to register again and is says the number isn’t acceptable or there was something that’s wrong, all i’d like to do is log into my account and change my data plan.thank you poppy

I need to cancel my order

I placed an order on 20th August but the phone is out of stock. It is a present for my daughter's birthday and so I need to cancel the order asap so that I can buy the phone elsewhere. I can't find any way to do this and I am desperate as I don't want to disappoint my daughter. Please help!

can you resolve my download speed being throttled?

Hi,Topics I have read state that download speed does not get throttled, it would appear that mine has been at first glance.This speed was maintained for my first approx 2GB data.After my first 2GB, my download speeds have quite clearly been throttled. I've ran these tests periodically through the day and time has no effect.Speeds have been consistently lower than 15 Mbps download although the network is quite clearly capable in my area. Today (Sunday) has been the worst with speeds dropping to less than 5mbps download with over 25mbps upload.Can you resolve this? If not, I'll be trying a different provider.

Transferring my phone number from O2 to ID

I am trying to transfer my number from 02 to ID. I am facing problems. I have not received a welcome email, its been over 5 days I contacted live chat and asked them what my NEW id mobile number is I am entering these details into the form and it says they cannot process it at this time I have asked live chat and they told me they are “fixing” their issue but its been well over 48 hours very disappointed. I thought ID was meant to be good...

old number hasn't been transferred

Hello.My girlfriend registered for id network on monday 16th this month, is now friday and the old number was not transferred. We went to the store to solve the situation and everyone is not giving us any answer.She works for NHS so she needs her old number for work. Why does id network put on the website is so easy to change the number if is not like that. If someone pay for the service they should get the service they pay for! This week was so stressful for her, and she stopped her contract with three mobile to go to id network. What can we do ? And I hope she will get some compensation for a week of stress. Thank you

Getting existing SIM card to work in a new phone

Hello!Hoping someone can help me :)My elderly neighbour has asked for my help as he can’t get to grips with his fancy smart phone and wants to use his new Ondial F881 which is a lovely simple handset for older people who struggle with modern smartphones.Thought it would simply be a case of putting his existing ID mobile sim in the new handset but unfortunately when I do it doesn’t seem to work and says it can only make emergency calls.I can see that the Ondial handset is not on the list of “ID mobile approved handsets”. Do I really need to change to a different mobile provider?Any help would be much appreciated!ThanksJulian

Can' upgrade new sim - will not send code

Hi,Agreed to upgrade my sim. Have new sim but when I try to activate it I don’t receive the 8 digit code either on phone or email. Tried many times and now it won’t let me click the button anymore to send the code again. Also I now seem to be paying for both the old and new accounts, being told I have run out of minutes when the new contract is unlimited. Help please. I can’t find anyone I can talk to, is the only option to cancel everything and go to another provider?

Cancellation of contract within 24 months

Hi ID Mobile Team - I have a question but not sure where to post it. I bought 24 month contract (phone + sim) for my son, however now after 8 months, he had to stop using the sim for some reason, although he still needs to keep the phone. For some reason DD for my monthly payments have been cancelled, as I am not in UK currently, I am not getting any of my post and I am not sure how to contact you guys. cancel during cooling off period

I would like to cancel my sim only plan during my cooling off period and I can’t find any way to contact id mobile to do this. Please can you cancel my contract under the legal 14 day cooling off period.

monthly contract plan

I decided to take out a contract for an iPhone 12 with ID, I already cancelled my contract with my previous supplier 2 weeks ago and therefore didn’t care for switching via STAC or PAC.However, I have attempted to activate my SIM card and I am having trouble with it. A lot of the support seems focused around switching rather than just taking out a new contract. The previous contract was in my mums name whereas this is in mine. When I attempt to activate my sim, it asks me to send a text or an email - however both these options have failed in providing me a security code as nothing has been sent to either my old phone, or my email.  How can I activate my sim?

New SIM but doesnt work

I’ve just selected to move to ID.  Received my new Sim today and tried it in my device and it doesn't work.  Tried two other unlocked devices and none work.  How do I get my new Sim activated.  The documentation says it should be for a new Pay Monthly contract but that is not the case. Many thanksGary

I recently bought a new iPhone with the ID mobile Sim and I have received no mobile number or even an email showing me the number. It also still says no service. Is there a way to unlock the sim and receive my mobile number?

Brexit Roaming

Hi,I am interested in joining your network but wanted to confirm that if I was to purchase now I would receive roaming included for the entire duration of the contract (12 month) as I know some networks are changing their rules around roaming post brexit?

Nightmare activating sim and using Pac from old network

I have two issues with the new phone and sim package i received. The PAC from EE isnt working and they have confirmed it is definitely correct.  My new ID sim isnt registered on network so i cant even set up the app to do the above! Getting very frustrated as going round in circles. It says you just pop in the sim in ready to go but it doesnt seem to be activated. I then have limited time to transfer over my old number and i cant do any of it.  The chat bot is sending me in bloody circles too. please help!!
