Transferring from Vodafone to ID ASAP

Hi all, So I purchased a new contract with ID today but I am currently still with Vodafone. I have a PAC code ready to use from Vodafone but my new phone is likely to come on Monday so don't have my ID number yet! Will I need to wait until Monday to submit the PAC code or is there a way to do it earlier, really don't want any additional charges from Vodafone! Kind regardsKaran

How to replace ID sim with new ID sim?

I have changed my ID plan, received a new SIM and cannot discover how to keep my original number. I put new SIM in phone, said not activated. I scanned bar code to activate and got message ALREADY ACTIVATED 😩. I can't find information on how to keep my number even if the SIM worked. Shame ID have no customer service because when you do manage to get up and running everything has gone smoothly for years. Near my wit's end.If you have the answer THANK YOU.

Still waiting for refund

I preordered the iPhone 12 Pro prior to its release.  Before iD received stock I cancelled the order and swapped to the iPhone 12 (standard). The iPhone 12 Pro required an upfront cost of £99.99, whereas the iPhone 12 required NO upfront cost. When cancelling I was told I would receive a refund within the 3-5 day time line. That was the 20th of OCTOBER. It has been over a month with no sign of a refund. I’ve contacted both iD, who have tried to palm me off with Carphone Warehouse - who subsequently palm me back to iD mobile. I just want my money back otherwise I am going to have to take it further. Frankly this is awful practice.

account isnt mine

Hi,I am not an ID mobile customer but have just received  notification of fraudulent activity using my ID regarding an account that has been set up in my name. I have recently been a victim of identity theft and have had lots of mobile phone contracts set up using my details with various providers.  Can you please let me know how I report the fraud and shut the 1D account as soon as possible?

2 different deals

Hi I have ID sim cards for both my children. I recently upgraded my sons for 3gb data for £6 I then went on to upgrade my daughters and got 5gb for the same price. Why can I not get the same deal for my sons? Thank you

Discrete upgrade required!

I want to upgrade my daughters phone as a Christmas present, but I am worried that she will receive a text message or some other notification that will alert her as soon as I carry out the upgrade. Can anyone advise if a text will be sent or can be stopped?I am not worried about an email as my email is linked to the account, access to the ID app on her phone can be fixed as I could change the password etc?

SIM Card not working

Hi,Have purchased a new phone and SIM. SIM is registered however when I put it in new phone it cant pick up the SIM. SIM is in the right place, have tried turning off and on, checked coverage, put into airplane mode, cleaned it and tried the SIM in my old phone which doesn’t recognise either. I have submitted my PAC to get my old number to replace it do I need to wait until that is done?  Thanks, J

Sim only cancellation

I have been trying to get in touch with ID via the live chat to cancel a sim only plan that has never been activated and there never seems to be an anyone available. Is there another way of cancelling a contract?  (i.e via post?)

It is well over a week since I ordered my id sim card. Received my direcct debt mandate and details of account on line. Cant get through to 033303777. I am beig charged for this at present. Chat wont even recognise the customer pin they sent me.

How Can I Order a Replacement SIM Card?

Hi,   My daughter’s iPhone has recently stopped working and we have bought her an Android Phone as a replacement. I hoped to be able to swap the SIM Card over, but unfortunately the receptacle is different on each phone. She has also mislaid the adapter, so we can’t use that to make the SIM Card fit. PAC code not working

I want to keep my previous number (which iD provided) and put it onto my new phone. My new phone is also iD provided and when I enter the PAC code it claims it’s invalid as I’m entering an iD PAC on the iD app. Please help

Return and invalid PAC CODE

Please can someone contact me as it's impossible to get hold of anyone at ID mobile.Ordered a SIM only two weeks ago, popped the SIM in Wednesday. Absolutely no signal where I live despite coverage map. I need to raise a Return as within the 30 day period and I've sent off twice for a PAC code that is invalid

cancel order

I want to cancel  a delivery of a new phone I've tried through the website but I don't have the new mobile number yet to complete the request. I followed a link through MSE for a 124GB and the link took me to a 64GB phone and only realised after I ordered.

Final Demand notice with Threat of bailifts out of the blue to My 89 year old Dad

Hello - I am in Australia and My Dad who is 89 years old received a Final demand notice from IDMOBIle for the sum of 12 pound 47 pence. If he does not pay by Monday Balliffs  will come out it says He has no recollection of having an account with you and this has deeply stressed and upset him..He has Heart condition and is 89 years old!  So Please  could someone get back to me asap with a direct contact to sort this out immediately  He does not have the ability to use Live chat on internet! I expect a reply asap  Thanks

hi i purchased an upgrade last night and recieved an email saying it was successful and would be processed in 24hours. however today i checked on my online acc and it said i coudnt upgrade till i had set up my DD again. so i have fixed that. however my question is how do i know if the order is going to process and dispatch or do i need to order it again? i need a new phone ASAP as my old one broke. thanks

Fraud Account created in my name

Hi, I reported an account being set up under my name as fraud in March at the earliest I had found out about it. I spoke to several customer service representatives about this and didn’t receive the resolve I wanted which was to remove it from my name. Since then I have received many final demand letters which I’ve had to pay and more recently a change of address which has now been added to my credit file although I do not live at that address. The individual who has placed this on my file has taken no responsibility for this and I need to have this matter rectified at the earliest.
