HELP! Phone number has broken.

Hello,I have just got my new phone and a few days ago I sent my PAC code to ID mobile for a number transfer. This morning my previous provider cut off my services but ID still hasn’t picked up my new number so when you dial it you just get “This is an incorrect number please dial again”, I need my number back ASAP as I have a few really important calls scheduled all day. Any ideas how long this could take?Regards

I cant accces my account to pay overdue bill

I bought a sim only deail around 2 years ago for an employee. I didn't register the account at the time and I now want to pay the outstanding amount and cancel the contract. I cannot access my online account as I never registered and I cant create an account as I do not have access to the simcard or the phone. I have an account number and the phone number but that's it. What can I do?

No Service

Hi we transferred to I.D. mobile during the week and put the PAC code in to keep existing number.  Not had any service since.   That was 3 days ago. How long does it normally take for everything to be sorted

Refund request

I ordered a BLACK Samsung s10 on the 28th September 2020, the product was out of stock. Order number 113443918.  £30 was taken from my bank account on the 30th September. Did not hear anything from id for a week. Attempted to get in contact with you, which is not easy and has caused me a great deal of stress. Eventually got through to someone on a chat, he told me the order had not been processed and they only had Samsung s10's in white,  I than told the man to just send me the white one. He said he would have to set up order again from the start, I told him not to bother and to cance thel order, this was after 55 minutes. He told me the £30 that was taken from my bank on the 30th of September would get sent back to me within 5 working days. I have not received the money and I want it back ASAP. I'm not happy with your service, I spent lots of time trying to get through to you which is almost impossible. Please send back my money immediately, I've already wasted a lot of my time on you

uselessly slow 4g despite good signal

I switched for EE to get unlimited data, but it is utterly useless.  speed tests on EE were around 30mbs, but idmobile is about 1 or 2. However, real usage is even slower with web pages taking up to 4 minutes to load, or just timing out completely. It is closer to having no data at all than having “unlimited”. This has been going on for some time, it’s not just a short lived problem. please advise, as I think I may just have to cancel and switch network again, despite wanted to stay due to your cheaper prices. Plan Upgrade not showing on account

I placed an upgrade to my plan on 22nd November, still nothing is showing on my account, given the hassle to try and contact someone, I would like to cancel my account, do i just request a PAC Code?

Order cancellation

After placing an order  on the 26th Nov and getting an order email i noted a delivery date of jan 2021 which is no good to me.I started a chat immediately and after an hour the agent confirmed the order was cancelled they also told me id-mobile do not send cancellation confirmation which seemed odd,  I have the chat transcript sent to my email and saved.This morning I receive another  “we are processing you order email” So i get back on chat and ask the status of my order,  chat adviser comes back and says order going through as normal no problem…..well actually there is a problem as one of your colleges told me they had cancelled the order yesterday.  So another hour on chat and again I am told the order has cancelled.again I have had the saved chat transcript mailed to me.This time I am told a refund for the upfront payment has been requested and that I will receive confirmation cancellation.  I do not know how long it takes for an email to be sent to confirm cancellation but I have

Number transfer problem, complicated! Please help

Dear ID team, I bought a phone and contract via Carphone warehouse with yourself a which started 10 days ago.I successfully requested a PAC code, filled out the form online which was also successful. But then I received a text saying there was a problem with the information or something. So I tried again, heard nothing but then the old phone number stopped working on the old phone, and nothing has happened after nearly a week. The old number was in my name with BT mobile but the phone itself used by my elderly father. We decided to put the contract with iD in my fathers name, which may have been why the first PAC transfer failed, but he has always used this number so the prospect of the number not transferring is a disaster. Importantly, after speaking to BT Tuesday 24th they said the 2nd request has worked, and my number was now no longer registered with BT and my contact terminated, however I’ve heard nothing from ID and now the old phone number isn’t working on the old phone, and we

contract ends in 1 week and I want to upgrade to a SIM-only

My contract is ending next week and I have zero means to contact anyone, I'd like a rolling monthly but no means to add this only to buy one now .. which isn't closing my contract ...so I have the option to buy a rolling monthly SIM separate to my current contract which means I'll still be going beyond my current contract plus I'll be paying a rolling monthly on top ...this isn't going to replace my contract from what I can see ..

I've ordered 2 sim cards which are 2 different monthly amounts, only one of which has come so far,  how can I tell which one has come? Is it the £6 a month plan or the £10, a month plan?

Invalid PAC Code

I have got my PAC code from Id Mobile. I want to move my number to EE. The PAC code does not work. EE say that ID Mobile have failed to add the PAC to the shared database that all providers store PAC codes in. How can I get that PAC cancelled so I can get a new one that works?

Replacement sim

Hi, no chat people available and no number to call, not a great start.Just received my brand new phone and ID sim and the sim card does not work in the phone - not connecting or recognising the sim at all. I don’t know the phone number of the sim card as it isn’t on the packaging.I need a new sim card/advice please.

Cancelled my contract a month ago, still being billed

This seems to be something that happens quite a lot, doesn’t it? Either your system is broken or this is a nice little money maker your bosses have going. I cancelled my contract over a month ago and I’m still being billed. Where is my final bill? If you’ve overcharged me I need that money refunded.

Emergency calls only no service

My phone has been working fine and then this afternoon switch to no service, emergency calls only. Bill up to date, tried switching the phone off and reseting it still not working. Tried checking the sim is in the slot properly and still not working. Helllppp

Wifi calling new phones

Hi Both my kids have Moto G8s and the wifi calling works on ID. We live in a narrow black spot with no 3g or 4g coverage indoors despite what all carriers coverage maps say. Only the offcom one is accurateJust bought another PAYG sim for a trial before moving two other phones here and Wifi calling wont work on my Moto g6Plus. Its not in the approved list. so I will buy a new phone. Thinking of Moto G9plus or galaxy M51, both newish releases. neither listed in the approved list.How long does it take for new phones to get added to the list, I note there is only one Moto phone and No galaxy M series on the list. I wont jump ship till I know if the wifi calling will work on one of the newer phones.Many thanks

Phone "available from 24/11/2020" - ordered but not delivered

I ordered a yellow 64Gb Iphone XR last night which was displayed as available to order from yesterday’s date. A byline on the sales page read “Available from 24/11/2020”Apparently it is not. I got an email giving no indication of the delivery date which remarked that I had ordered an out-of-stock phone.I would like to know when I can expect to see this phone as I need it soon. If it is going to take a long time (3+ days) I would like to replace it with the same model in a colour which is available immediately.I cannot find where to amend or cancel my order which I fear I may have to do. I need a phone promptly and if this one is not forthcoming I will have to buy another.With thanks for your helppeet
