Unable to connect to the iD App

I have recently bought a PAYG SIM Card to use as a second mobile number. on a second mobile phone. I already have an ID Mobile number on a contact which seems to work fine. I have downloaded the ID mobile App on to my second phone but iI get he message ‘Unable to establish a secure connection. Please try later’. I have been trying for two weeks to connect and no luck. Please advise a solution.

Hi I currently a sim only customer (3 years) with ID Mobile and I would like to upgrade to a different ID mobile offer how can I do this and keep my current number? Will I have to buy the new sim then transfer my old number or can I do it with my current sim card?

Poor network coverage

I am supposed to get 4g on my phone, it shows up but does not work and has not for the last 2 months, I have loads of data that I have paid for but cannot use. My phone shows that my network is ID LTE/3g/2g , I think this is appalling and would like to know how it can be fixed so I can receive 4g as that is what I am paying for. I am unable to contact anyone on ID but they are able to put up my monthly bill and continue to take it without giving me the service I have paid for. Is anyone else experiencing similar problems and know how I can get it fixed?

Forgotten ID password, Haven't activated sim yet, so I can't recieve a code to my phone number!

I got a new phone at the beginning of lockdown, went to activate my sim and put my old number in the phone. I couldn’t do that because I've forgotten my ID Mobile password, so I haven’t been able to contact ID so I've been paying for 4 months and not being able to use my number or anything I've been paying for! I thought that maybe after lockdown lifted I would be able to contact someone at ID again but haven’t been able to. Can someone help me get back into my ID account, Thanks.

cancel my monthly contract and refund

My 24 month contract ended at Christmas passed I have already got a PAC code and the number has already been moved to a new network. However you are still charging me the same mo thpy charge surely this should have terminated when PAC code was used. Please cancel payments and how do i go about being refunded the money you have taken every month since Chrismas

Spurious “ out of plan text charges”.

I have this month received two out of plan text message charges @ £4.50 each to 80045 ! I have never sent any text to this odd number and am furious as it has bumped up my bill by £9.00. Called iD customer support and they were not prepared to offer a refund as clearly I’ve been victim to some scam. Any one else had this ? Cheers Doug.

My mum accidentally ordered a new SIM instead of upgrading her existing plan. How does she cancel the order?

My mum has been with ID for a while. She wanted to upgrade her plan to one that gives her unlimited minutes, but unfortunately, she somehow managed to place an order for a new SIM instead. I had a look and found the option to upgrade her existing plan, which I have done for her, but I can’t see any way to cancel the order she placed, nor does there seem to be any way to contact customer services. Can you please advise me what she should do, as I don’t want her to be charged for a second SIM that she will never use? Many thanks.
