No service

I‘ve been having excellent service where I am and overnight the coverage seems to have disappeared. I get one bar when I go into the garden - I was getting ¾ bars everywhere in the property before that. I’m in PL220HQ. Can you help at all?

porting issue from Vodafone

I have recently joined ID from Vodafone and have a problem that I am not receiving calls from anyone on the Vodafone network. I can receive their text messages and I can receive calls from other networks and land lines. I have turned the phone on and off, reset it and also tried the sim in another phone and still the same. Last night I tried the live chat but they were not able to help. I have seen on the community that another customer was helped with a similar problem and was helped by Ryan. Is there anyone that can help me with this split/broken porting issue ?

Unable to recieve security codes since moving number to Id network

Hi Since moving to IDMobile I have been unable to receive verification codes for anything. This is preventing me from using Ebay, Amazon, Online Food shopping, etc. I am still within my 14 days to return the phone, can you please get back to me as soon as possible as this is something i require urgently to be able to do my online food shopping. Direct Debit issue and incorrect charges

Hello, I need to speak with an idmobile representative as I have 2 queries I previously changed my direct debit details but this never took effect On the 25th June I have been charged for 7x picture or multimedia messaging, I thought this odd as I very rarely use this service. I checked the date in my messenger and can only see 1x picture message sent which would concur with my movements on that date. What is going on, getting a bit peeved with idmobile and not able to get the support i need by phoning somebody Thanks Simon

Direct debit still active despite a closed account

Hello, my partner hs previously had a Sim Only contract with ID mobile, which she has since closed. Today she went through her bank accounts, and has realised that she has been billed £20 or so for the last 6 months, despite cancelling her contract. We have been unable to contact you directly, because the call centres have been closed, and we have had difficulty using the website and using the “live chat”, which we cannot find on your website. How can we contact you to check the details of her account, and receive a refund for the service that has not been used?

Why has my number not transferred?

I recently got a contract with iD mobile and tried to transfer my old number. I used the PAC code my old provider gave me and used this on the iD website. I received a text saying that my number had been transferred but this is not the case as it is still the new iD number when I text or call people. How can I get my old number?

Contract has ended and want to reduce monthly charge

Hi, Firstly I hope you are safe and well. My initial contract with ID Mobile ended some weeks ago and I wish to continue but need to reduce my monthly bill. My initial contract included a handset which would have been factored into the monthly charge I am paying. I am happy and wish to keep the original handset and want to keep the set allowances but just go with SIM only option. I have tried to use the app to manage my plan and find cheaper options (ie SIM only and remove cost of handset which I have already paid for pro rata etc) but all the offers are more expensive than what I currently pay? Other providers have quoted me cheaper contract but I am happy with the service ID Mobile provide and wish to continue with yourselves, can you please help and advise? Thanks

My old number didn't transfer

I changed from 3 Mobile to ID, I requested to keep my number, submitted my PAC and it was processed, but now my old number from 3 is disconnected, and only new number from ID is working. Why is that? How can I change it? I cannot afford to lose my old number.

Hi. My bill is paid but I just turned my Wifi off and tried to use the Network only to see if it is working but I am getting a 'No coverage'message and my when I try calling my contacts it says 'Not registered with network'. Plus where is the Live Chat on your app and website? It says it is available but no link is given anywhere. I would appreciate your help.

I have upgraded to the iPhone SE and it won’t connect to the internet using 4G, if it displays it at the top it says I have no internet, then it switches to 3G and it works but very slowly. Can anyone help??
