Damage my Sim card.

My SIM card got wet and it’s not working. How can i get a new sim with the same number? I can’t chat through live chat because it don’t give me the option on the website, also I tried to create an account but is saying there’s a error in one of the details i’m entering but i’m putting everything wright. please, i need help urgently. I can’t access a lot of things without my number.

OK guys so I've just switched phones but have kept the same provider. As you can see I've had a notification that my new sim is active and ready to use, but when I look in the top left corner.. It says I'm on emergency calls only? I have no data or calls or texts.? What do I do.. Please help me guys I'm stressing out here

I want to pay amount off my account. I left ID mobile a long time ago and apparently I have £1.58 on my account and I want to speak to someone about paying this and sorting this?

I spoke to someone via webchat yesterday. Apparently ID mobile have made an error and I have £1.58 remaining on my account and as such I now have a Poor experian credit score due to ID mobile. I want to pay this amount and I want to have assurances that ID mobile will inform Experian and get this sorted now. I am very unhappy with this and need some help today?

PAC Code transfer not working

Hi, my PAC code transfer from EE to iD has not gone through. The online form has been submitted twice but no transaction in the last 7 days. I am unable to use the app as it only recognises my other iD number so cant link my new account. please can someone help as now paying both EE & iD? Thanks

Why can't I get a PAC code?

I try to send PAC to 65075 and message is undelivered. I try PAC with DOB to same number as the advice given is different across the idmobile sites - what? No luck again. I try to ring - no luck there whatsoever as unlike a lot of call centre based operations, idmobile has just basically disconnected it. How on earth am i supposed to rec=quest a PAC code? I don’t have the app.

Cancelling contract without access to phone number

Hi, I bought an ID pay monthly SIM card a couple of years back with the intention of transferring my old number to it to keep it active while I was abroad for a year. I ended up not transferring my number and just forgot about the SIM, but realised a little while back I’m still paying a fiver every month for it and need to cancel it. I’ve finally dug out my original direct debit letter so now have the phone number, ref number and service user number for my account - but I never used the SIM and have no idea where it is so I can’t get a code sent to me to set up an account to cancel the contract! Live chat isn’t available so I’m not sure how to get hold of anyone to sort this out - has anyone been in a similar situation or know what I can do to cancel? All the best, Sophie

End my contract procedure doesn't work

End my contract now please. Been trying to do it through the app, but gives me a dead link. I have texted INFO and been told I owe 39p but the link I'm directed to when I click on 'End Your ID Mobile Plan' is dead. Been Trying, but app dosent work and the customer service phone lines don't work. Please can a member of customer service help me, if I don't hear by Monday I will cancel the direct debit.

Problem with sim only cancellation

Can anybody help. I thought i was upgrading from a monthly contract to a sim only contract, but found out that although it said upgrade it was in fact a new sim only number and I received a new sim only card. I was advised though this site to use live chat, been trying for over a week no chance of getting through ( this was all within cancellation period). With the new sim and number they set up a new direct debit which I have cancelled. the sim has never been used. I cannot use the app because my details relate to my monthly contract with no mention of the new sim. How do i cancel this sim or get it sorted so my contract changes to sim only. I have now had another email from ID threatening additional charges as I have cancelled the direct debit, but again its no reply.

I'm stuck abroad and unable to use Data/Calls or Texts

I am currently stuck abroad due to the Coronavirus Pandemic and have been stranded since the start of March 2020. As things stand, I won’t be able to return to the UK until August. I am still however, paying the full value of my bill when I cannot use texts, calls or data. Can the data that I have not been able to use, be rolled over for the entire period I been stuck abroad? Or alternatively, can I alter my plan so that I am not paying for data/texts/calls that I cannot use. Thanks, Frazer

Upgrade

Hello, I have a quick question please - my 24 months phone contract is ending today so I decided to upgrade my phone to sim only plan. I did the upgrade through my id app by going on "my account" where I had the option to upgrade to sim only plan so I chose that and upgraded. However, I cannot see the change in my id app and my concern is what if the upgrade I made has gone through a separate plan/deal. Can anyone guide me please ??

account closure 2017 & showing £30 default on credit file

Hi my account was closed in 2017. i thought my account was up to date & closed. however I have today looked on my credit file & idmobile have had my account in default for over 3 years (for £30). Not good & has impacted my credit file. I had no idea money was owed & had no reminders at all 😡. im more than happy to pay this £30 to settle my account & have it settled on my credit file. however I do not even know the phone number of my account anymore & there call centre Is closed due to covid. my account with them was closed in 2017 so can’t do anything online. so at a list where to go. help & advice would be hugely appreciated. thanks Jay Davey

My Data usage seems too high

My data availability has dropped to zero today - less than two weeks into the month when I have had very limited use. I never go over my limit so for it to happen shortly through the period suggests something is incorrect. It appears as though much happened this afternoon. Please could you advise how much data has been used, and on what, each day this month as I cannot believe this is correct.

Changing Plan to SIM Only

I was notified that my monthly contract was coming to an end on June 3rd. I forgot until the day before and decided to change my plan to a SIM Only. There was a banner on the dashboard which had information about the different deals that were being offered with SIM Only and I clicked on one. My contract was being paid under a different direct debit so I entered in new details until I received an email thanking me for my order and telling me to wait for another email to come, letting me know if the order has been processed. It wasn’t until after I had completed everything that I found a section on the app which had a heading Manage Plan and a sub-heading, Change Plan. Under these headings, I saw that there were also SIM Only deals, the same as the ones I saw before. Since I was late in ordering a new SIM, I knew the monthly cost would continue until I changed the plan but I am now worried that the plan won’t end because I didn’t go through the Manage Plan section. Will it end? D

upgraged to sim only same number

Hi, my mum has upgraded through her app from a contract that is now after minimum end date. She opted for the Sim only deal. Sim has arrived. It was not clear in the pack. It said to insert sim. Just need to activate if existing customer. We have tried to activate it but states already active. I assume this is because she inserted it. Can anyone help. She wants to keep the same number and ensure her old contract ends. Thanks Natalie

How do I activate my SIM?

I recently upgraded Falcons and shortly after I received the new phone and the new Sim. I placed the Sim inside the phone and proceeded to set up using the ID mobile app. However it’s asking me for a 19 digit number on the back of the Sim but from what I can gather there are only 16 digits on the back of the Sim and I am blind and heavily struggling with this problem there’s no one I can ask on the phone lines are down what do I do My previous plan with my last phone runs out in a few days and I won’t have a phone after that and I need a phone in the current circumstances I don’t know what to do my previous plan with my last phone runs out in a few days and I won’t have a phone after that and I need to phone in the current circumstances and I don’t know what to do

I cannot make calls on my Samsung A10?

I had a upgrade to a Samsung A10 in December 19 and was pleased with it , but from March of 2020, I can’t make or receive calls for over 3 months. I have tried to contact somebody but nobody has been getting back to me. I am very disappointed I am still paying for the phone I can only make texts please will you contact me with 7 days thankyou.
